So I went to get my nails done last night and I had the worst experience and witnessed a very unprofessional establishment. Never get your nails done here not going to write a long paragraph the pictures will justify for them selves keep in mind my daughter received 7 cuts in 7 different areas 😡. Cost Plus Pools has always been there anytime we any type of issue with our pool that they installed. Im currently deployed and our pump was having a issue so he came over and fixed it free of charge and helped my wife shock it (nothing was wrong with the pump just the lid was loose). We were having problems with our pool vacuum and he came over and replaced some parts on the vacuum free of charge. Ever since day one Sal from Cost Plus Pools always gone above and beyond for my families pool. Jason
They don't even deserve a star. I March they were supposed to come clean the pool called several times and was told they would come. After 3 weeks they finally showed up. At the end of May finally got the bill. They charged me for two cleanings when they only showed up once. When I called to inquire about the charge I was told there wasn't any charges on my account. Dummy me calls today to see about setting up weekly cleaning and was told both charges we on the remote. I explained to him everything I was told before and the guy told me they would no longer service our home and hung on me. In no way shape or form was I rude to them and did not deserve to be hung up on but I guess they saved me from alot of bad service
I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS. LATELY THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY CARELESS AND NON PROFESSIOINAL. I HAVE WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR A CLEANING AND HAVE YET TO SHOW UP SO I DECIDED TO DROP THEM ALTOGETHER. THE OWNER IS EXTEMELY FIESTY, IF YOU GO ONE MONTH WITHOUT PAYING YOUR SERVICE IS PUT ON HOLD. SOME OF THEIR CREW IS LAZY AND WILL ONLY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO. I HAD TO RECALL THEM MANY TIMES FOR THE POOR JOB DONE OF CLEANING THE POOL!!!!
FM Pools has determined that they have so many customers that the loyal ones (over 7 years) no value. New Customers WATCH OUT! You heard it here first...customer service is horrible, waited 8 days for my cleaning called back three times and never did they call back to explain or give me reasons. When I voiced my concerns over this , I was told by your manager that Freddy would call me back,,,I haven't heard from you as of yet. When a company has decided that any long time customers (who have never complained, never been late on a payment are no longer worthy.....this is the beginning if the decline."The time for honoring yourself will soon be at an end, Highness. Pride is the worse humanistic trait. I will give my loyalty to a small company starting out.

Run away don't walk! They over promise and under deliver. We were told it would only take 20 days to complete our pool after the hole was completed. It has been almost 5 months. Every single step takes a week or more to complete. They constantly try to pass subpar work off as perfection and question you, the customer, as to why its not correct. They still fail to correctly install 1" tile around my spa. I have learned very disturbing details related to dishonest practices and attempting to get subcontractors to use the cheapest materials possible. They also failed to install rebar in the decking that surrounds the pool before poring the concrete. First, Pete lied and said it was installed then said it had fiberglass in the concrete. There is even some question if the permit for the decking was forged. Save yourself the frustration and future expense and find a more reputable pool builder.
The owner of Empire Pool & Spa, Mike Witcher, wrote up a contract and everything for completing a hot tub. After taking months he finally poured the concrete and that was the last I saw of him. He wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. He basically ran off with our money and we haven't seen him since. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am hoping something will come of it.
