Pool Cleaning in El Paso, TX

Skipped multiple service dates scheduled. Added double cost in winter season which was not origanal agreed price. When fired, they added multiple false pool cleaning services into the last bill. Very untrustworthy.

They say they will call u back.. but they don't wanted weekly service but I guess they are too busy for another customer...

Complete Disaster. Failed to get a permit after we gave him thousands of dollars up front. When he got caught by the city inspector he ran off the job with my money, stole my pool motor, and left the tile on the pool a complete disaster. He hit our gas line and never repaired it. Nothing is straight. Its costing me double the cost to fix. Filing suit which will probably get nothing from him as he needed money every three days.

The Rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with. We hired Art to come inspect our pool, do monthly maintenance AND do an acid wash. Art didn't show up for his appointment and when I called and said I had been waiting for 20 minutes for him he said he was too busy and forgot and that I should find someone else if I was unhappy. That is definitely what I did. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

El Paso Pool and Spa Service sent a so called technician to our house for an estimate. He was their for no more than 5 minutes and gave us an estimate. Then we gave him $35 dollars for the estimate. I was told my the person asnwering the phone and the Service Technician I would receive an e-mail of the estimate. Never received the e-mail with the estimate. Called 915.613.0200 El Paso Pool and Spa Service and the person on the phone assured me I would get a call from the Service Techinician and the e-mail with the estimate to repair our pool. After four days, now I cannot get them to answer the phone or e-mails sent through the El Paso Pool and Spa Web Site. I think something is definitley wrong here. A Scam? Needless to say we terminated all ties with El Paso Pool and Spa Service and DO NOT recommend them to do any type of work.

I had my pool re-plastered a year ago and the excel material outside my pool re-surfaced and sealed. They had to re-order material three times because they did not order enough originally. 3rd time the manufacturer ran out of material so the pool had to be completed with a slightly different color from a different manufacturer. Same thing with the tile. The Excel material began cracking within 6 months and will have to be re-done soon. I rather hire someone else to re-do it than to deal with non-quality un- professional service

Please don't use this company! The owner is like a used car salesman. He will blow smoke up your rear, then once you realize what is going on, it's too late. The services provided are good at the start then quickly diminish. Trying to get him on the phone is like an act of God. The employees complain about him to the customers and are extremely unprofessional. My teenage daughters were very uncomfortable around some of them during the summer months. Also, it takes forever to have them fix anything! Even if they are the ones that broke it!!

This is the most irresponsible company around El Paso. It is all about the money for them, at first they are all in you to get your money, I paid over 32K for our pool and was promised 10yrs warranty, now is a year later, I have an issues and has been ignored, lied to, etc, because they have my money now they are lying to us and made us wait for almost 4 month with no repairs done. Will have to hire someone else and take them to court, wow what it ripoff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

The guy made an appointment with me this past Saturday for an estimate. Never showed up. When I called after waiting at the address for 45 minutes, my call was sent to voicemail after 2 rings. Total disregard for my time. I guess he has enough business that he doesn't need mine.
