Horrible - I literally had an appointment today and I was 2min past their 15minute grace period and I was turned away - this is after several appointments I've had here w the female doctor that has made me wait over an hour to even get taken to a room and now because I'm speeding from work to get here she can't see me because I'm 17minutes late instead of 15minutes - ridiculous! They sure don't forget to charge my insurance and me up the ass but they can't make a 2minute exception- what have doctors come to now a days? Go anywhere else but here - maybe they will appreciate you better as a patient!!!!

Our appointment was at 10:40am to get results from a hospital stay. It is now 3 hours later and we are still sitting in the waiting area, no one has even taken any vitals. The paperwork from the hospital still has not been faxed over. When we called this morning to make sure that the clinic called the hospital for information the person I spoke to said she was going to to call hospital when we hung up. So now we have waited 3 hours for our appointment and are going to have to wait even longer to recieve the information when it should already be here. The young ladies working up front have little to no people skills what so ever. This Clinic lacks professionalism and organizational skills.
I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Her staff is incompetent and they over charge people. There biller held on to insurance money for over two months. Money they owed me. Find another doctor to go to she's not worth your time or money
If you want a say on YOUR special event I would not recommend this venue. They do not provide what their guest want. They did not hesitate to show their anger when you question them. I plan never to go there again
Recently I had an unpleasant visit. My daughter was ordered to get an UT, she did and I tried to set up an appt for the results but nobody answered from 2-6 pm on a Tuesday. I called 4 times and waited about 30 minutes each time and all I got is the recording that they were all busy. I called back the next morning and miraculously someone answered and I was told that they do not make same day appts but the last walk in was at 7pm. I show up 5 min til 7 pm due to personal reasons and the office manager tells me that per the provider they were not taking any more patients, I seriously doubted that so I asked to speak to a doctor. Well, one of the medical assistants from the back came out. I explained to Leilani that I was there for UT results, had been trying to get an appt but had been unsuccessful. She then proceeded to give me a copy of the UT results and said she was authorized by the nurse practitioner, Wanda Sanchez, to give me the results and tell me my daughter needs to be on medication immediately. I explained to her that this was more of a reason for me to see the dr. Leilani said Ms. Sanchez was doing a procedure at the moment and could not see me. I seriously doubt that office personnel are legally authorized to give test results and proceed to tell me what action needs to be taken. Who's license is at stake, not the medical assistant. For my daughters health, I will not be going back and it's unfortunate the poor customer service being practiced at this place and the doctors are not aware of it.
I had an appointment at 11:15. It's 1:45 and am still waiting! A husband and wife had an appointment for their son at 10:45,but were still waiting after 12. Two patients came in after them and were seen before them. They waited 10 more minutes then cancelled and said that it was the 3rd time this has happened, so they wouldn't be back again. They've been like this for 4+ years. It's ridiculous. Save your money and go to another clinic, this place is immensely crappy and unprofessional.
Worst personnel ever! Not mentioning the djs where teenagers that messed up my whole event! I paid for the VIP package and I didn't even get plates or forks for the cake!!!! Horrible service!!!!
He promised so much stuff for our wedding and at the end he charge us 300 for the people that was more that the contract said, when it wasn't even half full!He promised 2 servers and the day of the wedding he wanted to charge us more when the contract said we had 2 servers. He was rude w the kids and telling the police in the door not to let anyone inn anymore! All my family couldn't get in! It was a mess!
I had an appointment for 1:45. Left work early to get there. At 3:30, I was still waiting. Hearing voices in the hall, I opened the door of the examination room, and two other patients were in the hallway asking when they would see the doctor. The doctor, it seems, wasn't even there! Establishing that both of these people were ahead of me, I walked out. You can guess how much longer I would have had to wait. All I wanted was a referral.
