I hired this company to move my belongings from a 3 bedroom apartment to a storage unit on Wednesday April 18,2018. The 2 guys that were sent did not look professional at all. They started at 12:30pm and didn’t finish until 6:30pm. It was only suppose to take 1 trip but it took them 2 so they tried to charge me extra for that. My storage unit is only about 5 minutes from the apartment but it took them 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to get back. When I went to my storage which is a 10X20 it was a mess and all my belongings were just thrown in there. I had also left specific instructions and left blankets out to wrap my tv’s and anything with glass or mirror and that was not done. Many of my belongings were also damaged and broken. When I contacted the owner Eric he refused to refund me any money to hire someone else to fix his mess and refused to fix it himself. Beware of this scam of a company.

All you need to do is read the other horrible reviews about this company. When it comes to moving, don't go with these guys. Read their Better Business Bureau reviews, which you can google for, they aren't even accredited. Don't let the other stars fool you, their F rating speaks for itself. They have no sense of customer service. It took months to receive the settlement they sent us. Be wary of them.
