This dealership is by far the most crooked dealership. Purchased a vehicle on November 4 from these people, received it with no gas, undetailed, and no "welcome Kit" as it states in the contract. It has been 3 months and my trade in has not yet been paid off, I am getting collection calls from my trade in and of course the worst part I now have negative credit remarks on my credit report that I didn't have for the past 5 years. To top it off they forgot to do the inspection on it and I was left with doing so and was told I would get re-imbursed. Not live in town so I was forced to do so. I was also told I was to keep my air force license plates and just found out they did not submit the paperwork and gave me different plates lol. Overall these people have been liars from day one and have not returned my phone calls for the last 2 months to inform me what the status is on my trade in pay off. Don't let them ruin your credit. All they care about is their sale and after that your screwed. I am now taking legal action to resolve this. Take your business else where.

I had a great experience here. The GM Mr. Avalos and my sales person helped me get to the payment I was comfortable with. They also made the purchase process very easy for me. Fastest car buying experience. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to buy a vehicle! The salesmen at Viva Chrysler Dodge Jeep all very helpful and friendly. Antonio Cortes was willing to answer any questions and explain anything I didn't understand, he made buying a car easy and fun. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Purchased a 2012 jeep liberty from viva, they took 2500 from my down payment for a "tire and rim" warranty, when I tried to use the warranty viva hassled me so much I just got it somewhere else. Learn from my mistakes, they are friendly at first until they get there money then horrible to deal with. I should have bought my vehicle somewhere else.

I purchased a 2012 jeep liberty from viva dodge, they took 2500 from my 5000 down for a "tire and rim" warranty. Then I tried to use the warranty and was hassled, learn from my mistakes, get your vehicle somewhere else. These people are nice and quick to push a vehicle on you, but horrible after the deal goes through.

I went to Viva Dodge with a Dodge Durango in mind. Luis Perez was the sales person who assisted me. I told him what my needs were for my family of 5. He ended up showing me a 2015 Dodge Journey that had all the features I could possibly want. I was impressed that Luis turned my attention to the Journey (which my kids love) even though they are considerably less expenisve than the Durangos. The rest of the experience went very smoothly, (Manager Oscar Garcia was also very helpful). When it's time to trade in, I will definitly go back.

I had purchased a 2010 jeep 4wd that's in the shop because of a recall and issues following that recall (N23) . The vehicle was under warranty when turned in for repairs and the guys at viva jeep here in el paso tried to give it back to me and say it was fixed. I got 5 miles away and felt thunks and Crunk from the transmission. 



I took it back and showed them a leak I had found from the transfer case and the service manager told me they didn't touch the transfer case!!! He said they just put a rebuilt transmission in the vehicle. First off you can not take out your transmission without taking out or moving your drive shaft from the transfer case especially a 4wd vehicle, so that was a lie, they did touch it. Also the service manager said the only leak he was able to see was from the oil pan! I took my hand and felt the transfer case and when I brought down my hand it was soaked with new oil / transfluid! They are just trying to make me pay for repairs because I hassled them to beat the 5 week dead line that they gave me! That's right 5 weeks! For a transmission swap and in a professional maintenance bay provided by jeep..... oh and they would only give me a 5 day rental. The warranty expired while in their shop and I just know they are doing subpar work knowingly to requiring me to return and pay for the services.





These guys have tarnished the jeep chrysler dodge Mopar name.





Understaffed, promise to call back from service department and never return calls, bad customer service communication.

They were completely lost when I had corporate jeep call them. The parts manager and services manager didn't know if parts were in and if they could be put in along with not knowing where my vehicle was.

I just bought a jeep from them and my experience was more than excellent. They rescued me from a really bad situation from casa Ford Lincoln by helping me out with the situation and getting me out of there. Manager Cesar Valdez was very understanding and really helped me out. He was the one that took that handled the situation and drove me out of there. Luis Pérez was a very conscientious salesperson and they were both more than excellent. They also helped me get the car I wanted with very affordable payments and very friendly service. I read the other reviews looked at the dates and I from my experience I can tell you that best service I've had in a car agency. Hope this helps you.

I read the bad reviews and still decided to take my car in for service because it's the closest dealership to me (shame on me). I dropped it off for routine service on Monday. I was told it would be ready Tuesday. Nobody called me, so I called and they said my advisor had already gone home and they didn't know it it was ready. Wednesday came, I called and they couldn't even find my name in their computer! I finally drove down there and picked up my car. They never worked on it and I wasted my time. Note to self: listen to negative reviews...

This is the most unprofessional car dealership in El paso.From the Manager to the finance manager whos dating a car sales women,who thinks she owns the car lot.Doesnt speak a word of English. I really don't know how Dickey makes any money on this dealership.

I took my 2014 Avenger for an oil change and for a brake inspection on Saturday morning. The service man Polly said he would call me on Monday once everything was complete. No one called, so I called at 1600 on Monday. They told me they did not do the oil change or check the brakes, they could not even find my car!! They are a joke and don't care about customer service what so ever. Save yourself the grief and do not use VIVA DODGE.

Everything about the sale went...

Everything about the sale went fine until the manager Rodriguez got involved, we told the sales lady Ruby that it was late and we needed to go home and discuss if we were going to ad more down or trade a second vehicle to bring the monthly payment down where she wanted it...but the sales manager Rodriguez refused to return our drivers licenses and key to her truck until he made one more offer, three times I politely asked Ruby to bring us our property but Rodriguez kept ignoring our requests until I got pissed and read off his pedigree, which includes his mothers position as a donkey show fluff girl. Now they're calling and pretending he's not the manager and I should come back and buy the truck, these losers crack me up.

I called to be transfer parts and service the girl that answer the phone said there not open and hung up in my face. Very disrespectful after i bought my car from them 3years ago guess im gonna have to head over to Mack Masey for service.

This place is horrible from salesperson to management. Went all over El Paso Tx looking for a truck a dodge ram. Once I went to the dealer ship "viva dodge" I saw the one I liked. Salesperson are not educated, the man did not even know how to add. At the end I would be paying for a truck 30,000 when the price was 25,000. They don't even appreciate when you pay for a vehicle cash. Really how many people do that? I did, reason I don't want to be paying you or no one.

Since my license plate was from another state they took for ever to process everything, I had to call all the time with no call in return. Who knows what they do to our veichles once they take them to the back.

Poor customer service. All the girls there are hired for good looking. Other than that this place sucks!

Couldn't even give me a call back for the locks on my tires

Do not go here the Service dept. is the worst I have ever dealt with. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would one star is way too many for this place. If you can go to Another dealership DO IT don't waste your time here. Unfortunatly I don't have any choice because of my extended warranty and every time I go there it is basically a waste of my time.
