The Postal clerk are very shady they accidentally changed the locks on my mailbox and said it was meant for someone across the street with mix up and he did not readily try to fix or remedy the situation after I have lived here forb a5 yrs. It was a coincidence that I am on social security and the 1st was 2 days away and wanted to take 5 days to fix it. Do not trust this office always have a Po box or direct deposits. The office never answers the phone after being called from open to close.
Ever since we lost our regular delivery man we get our neighbors mail, they get ours, we are always giving each other the mistakes delivered to our homes. The new guys walk across our grass and rocks and I have a note on our box asking them not to. I complained to our local postmaster on Remcon and she said the postmen take the shorter route to each house!!!! How about that for an answer to keeping our yard looking nice. Might as well have talked to the wall.
Doorbell rang at 7:30 AM. I work until midnight so still in bed. Hustled to get to the door, get there just as the guy is getting back in his truck. He looks RIGHT AT ME and drives off. The notice has my address on it and nothing more. This sorry sad-assed POS doesn't care if someone in my household doesn't get their Christmas present on time this year. This is what our extra money pays for each time they raise the rates? Now I have to try and drive all the way down to the substation to get this, and have no idea when I'll be able to do so. Merry F***ing Christmas to you, too! I wouldn't give ANY stars for this sorry service if Yelp had the ability to do that.
postal carrier knocked on door to get signature and left notice. didn't wait for me to answer. now come to find out they wrote the wrong tracking number on notice. Can't contact on phone. One says not in service, which I believe....no one is working, and the other says memory full. I just lost my confidence in this branch. Can't arrange for re-delivery. They raise the rates and customer service goes down. What are we paying for?
If you have an option to go else where please save yourself the trouble and do. I have had mail lost, delivered to neighbors houses and held. Went to the post office and found two packages there which I had never been left notices for. No wonder the post office is going bankrupt with branches like this!
