Yesterday I took my mother to the ER two female security officers saw me pull up and help me get my mother out of the car immediately with no hesitation. Ms. Valencia and Ms. Holguin are a great asset to memorial security team. They have great costumer service and they both filled me and my mother of happiness with their smiles. Thank you ladies

Went to the ER 3 days after labor for what I felt was an epidural headache. ER doctors kept focusing on my heart and lungs, not at all addressing the headache. The nurses were confusing each other and one almost drew more blood than he needed to until another one came in and stopped him.The ER doctors don't listen to the root of your problem and don't explain everything before they do it. I didn't realize I was given a sedative until I woke up admitted for heart screenings. I had to wait until my OBGYN came to visit me for her to refer me for a Blood Patch to cover the punctured dura. Per the CRNA, I did not qualify for a Blood Patch because my headache didn't go away while laying down. I discharged myself and bought Tylenol Arthritis 650 mg and it helps manage my headache until my body naturally closes the hole the anesthesiologist made while giving me the epidural. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

Last year, they apparently lostmy insurance info. TWICE which I provided after I kept receiving bills for $2,000. Let's not leave out their wonderful customer service techniques such as, "Oh, um, I think we lost your insurance info. Yeah, um, we need it again."

A couple of months after not receiving any further info., they billed me over $5,000 (?) and threatened to send it to collections for non-payment and no response from the insurance. The insurance paid their portion at this point. I had not received a $5,000 bill until I moved and the company changed their name. Finally after charging the insurance correctly (it only took about 6 months), there was an agreement to pay $500 as a consolidated bill. One year later, my credit has been ruined due to non-payment for the magical $5,000 bill regardless of providing receipts for payment for the consolidated bill. They will drag out your billing issues and sell them to collection agencies,

My dad had kidney surgery and had been sedated and on a ventilator for days, his nurse Katie in the Icu was amazing, she is one of the best nurses I've ever met, she was extremely sweet, caring, and patient with my dad even though he wasn't always the best patient.

Understaffed throughout the hospital;thus providing very bad service. Rude and obnoxious personnel. Personnel does not informed you of about patients current conditions or call to let you your love one was transfer to ICU because their condition worsened. And only ended there because the doctor said to go there for any emergency. Never again. Never again.

To make it short my mom got stuck in the elevator as soon she had surgery. My brother had to open the elevator doors. No one HELP THEM OUT!!! Then today 4/10/15 the tech took my mom a sponge shower and left her by herself sitting down on the bench. My mom felt dizzy and fell down and my mom was yelling for help and NO ONE HELP HER OUT. She was on the floor for 30 minutes. My mom just had surgery on her stomach. BAD SERVICE. Please Please DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL.

This hospital is a joke. Thankfully we have the option to get a second opinion at Beaumont but the doctor didn't know what he was talking about while assessing my husband's issue. His bedside manner was awful. They couldn't manage to find out what the issue was because they were trying too hard to push my husband out of the hospital. So I get the call from my husband to pick him up, who is later found outside, highly drugged and asleep on the sidewalk with no idea what is going on. Great job, tools. I don't care if I have to WALK Trans Mountain Road to get to Beaumont the next time I have an emergency. I will never go here again.

Don't like it

My son was admitted 1/4/14 and he is still here it is now 1/7/14 and dont know when my son will be out. :-/

They only had one dr for the children. I only saw him once a day he really didnt give me any information on what was going on with my son. They need more doctors! Nurse staff was the only good thing.Hospital needs way way more update covers are very worn out, need new paint job ect. Would not recomend this hospital.
