Overall

I had a terrible experience where the steak tacos I purchase looked nothing like steak and dangerously close to cat food. When I called the cashier back to the drive up window to let her know I couldn't possibly eat a bite, with her little knowledge of the English language said that the "cat food" was steak and that I could have my "mani back." While that's a fine option, I had to return to work and I couldn't do it empty handed. The original order had 3 tacos, with the nastiest attitude, she changed my order and gave me 2 steak-looking tacos, as if the cost to correct my order was coming out of her paycheck. All this happened while management was present the entire time. I didn't bother to call to have my concern addressed, instead I will not be returning to that establishment.
