Surety Plumbing

***Attention***people from lovely el paso!! dont ever hire these animals to do a job...there the worst and filthy and expensive plumbers and owners! they have a bad attitude and employers look all ghetto dressed like pigs! And they will harrass you and your whole family "children' for a cent..please becareful there money hungry! God bless you all! And im only speaking the truth from the bottom of my heart and to protect my el paso people.went thru a bad experience with them....

I hired them to identify and repair a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. They identified the leak as the faucet and replace the faucet and charged me a couple hundred dollars. the next day the leak was still there I called them they came back out again and said that it was because of water on the floor. they need made no repair and charge me for coming out to check it. I have since made sure that there is no water on the floor when my son takes a shower as well as recalked the floor and the tub. the leak remains. I will call someone more knowledgeable next time.

I called this surety they where here with in 30 minutes and done in 1 hour and i was charged a great price. I called other companies and some didnt answer the phone or call me back with a scheduled time, some quoted me higher prices and tried matching the one i got from surety but this tells me if i didnt shop around the would stick it to me. Not Reliable at all, i am a business owner and know that being truthfull and on time is very important. This is the 2nd time ive used them and im very happy with them. Thank you surety.

I am totally satisifed with their work but think they're a little over-priced
