Great clinic! love the Dr

By far the worst pediatrician's office I have ever been to. In the 3 visits I made there, I waited for well over an hour on 2 occassions for the doctor. On those visits, no one ever bothered to check up on my child or inform me how much longer it would be until the doctor would be able to come see us. Instead, we waited in an empty exam room for an hour, with no books, games or even posters to keep the children amused. Additionally, no food or drinks are allowed in the room, which only made the long wait more uncomforable for my children who were already ill to begin with. The staff and doctor were completely unapologetic about the inconvenience and long wait. I realize that doctors must treat their sickest patients first--however, I felt it was inconsiderate that in the entire time I waited not one single person told me how long I could expect to wait or to check to see if my child was comfortable. I would suggest looking elsewhere for quality pediatric care.
