On July 12 I noticed my A/C was not working. I called Sobella's and they sent a tech out that day to diagnose it. The tech arrived and spent about 10 minutes checking and told me there was nothing wrong with the A/C, it was electrical and I needed to call an Electrician to fix the problem. I was then charged the $95 service fee for him coming. By then it was already 5pm, luckily I was able to find an Electrician to come out right away. He arrives and checks everything out multiple times and tells me all of the electrical is perfectly fine and it is indeed the A/C broken. So I then have to pay him $75 for the service fee since the other tech didn't know how to do his job. I left a message to Sobella's who returned the call the next morning saying they were sending out their "senior tech". He arrives the next day around noon and then he indeed says it is the A/C, and diagnoses it as a ground compressor. He runs me a quote (w/ discount from wasted money) that comes out to around $1200 and that is with the compressor being covered by warranty. I tell him that seems very high and I was quoted by a different company for only $600 and he shrugs his shoulders and tells me OK. He then tells me they would not be able to send anyone to replace the part until July 18th! I ask him if there is anyway to send a tech within those 5 days (really 6 now) to help me and he says no. I told him that is way too long to wait and that quote is outrageous (as I have a cousin who is also an HVAC tech in another state helping me out) and he has me sign a ticket saying he came for $0 and tells me to call if I want to use them. As he is walking out (and sees my little baby sitting on the floor in a diaper sweating) he sarcastically tells me to drink some water and leaves. I then have another technician from a different company come out to take a look later that day and he diagnoses it as a seized compressor, which even though it was the compressor it is NOT the same diagnosis Sobella's gave me.
Jose Martinez came to the house to effect warranty repairs on our kitchen double oven range. He did a great job and was highly professional and pleasant too. Had it all done in about 1-1\2 hours. In all of my years this was probably the best experience that I have had with any repair service. They are on my recall list should I ever need repairs in the future on any of our appliances.

The service provider (Jose M ) at SoBellas was excellent testing the appliances ,heaters ,coolers,etc ... and was able to fix problems in the appliances we needed help in, in the way that was highly professional. I really admire his work ,and would recommend this service provider to any customer who need help in fixing their appliances and/or cooling/heating systems
