This place was excellent when it first opened about 8 years ago. Unfortunately, this property has not been maintained at all. The restaurant smelled of a combination of windex and tobacco smoke. The food was terrible and looked "slopped" on the plate. The menu says they use white meat chicken in dishes, and we discovered black dark meat in all of my families dishes. Waitresses also look very unprofessional and there are small children running all over the place. The walls are full of stains and spots. Overall, this is the filthiest restaurant I have ever been to.
This was the worst service and food ever... I wouldn't even call it chinese.
I placed an order because they were one of the only places that delivered and had one of my favorite Chinese menu items, honey walnut prawns. I also ordered sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein, pork fried rice and broccolli beef. The person on the phone stated that my order would be at my house in 30 min. and I gave them my credit card #. an hour later my food still hadn't arrived, so I called them and they stated that it was on the way. The store is only 11 min. away, 35 min. latter I called them back and let them know that my food still wasn't here and that I wanted to cancel my order. they begged me not to cancel my order and said they were sorry and that it was very busy tonight. they said that they just got off the phone with the driver and that he would be here in 5 min. I told them if he wasn't I would call and cancel my order. 15 min. later I called back to cancel my order and the restaurant wouldn't pick up. 5 min later the driver showed up and appoligized and stated that I couldn't cancel my order because they already charged me. I took the food and called my very hungry family to the table.
My husband thought the food was so bad he ended up going towork hungry, and my kids wouldn't touch it, the sweet and sour sauce was runny and more sour than sweet, their chow mein was made from romen noodle, their fried rice was dry, the beef was over done, and the reason I called, honey walnut prawns were just prawns in batter with barely any sauce, to the point that I wouldn't tell that it had flavor at all.
do yourself a favor and go or call anywhere else!!!
