Overall

Went to Rudolph VW today they mark up their prices and then reduce them, cross examine the prices with hoy fox vw and vw.com. They don't really reduce the price for you be smart shop around. dont get fooled. On their website they have a Passat for 26850, then they reduce it 1500 to 25553. You go to hoy fox or vw.com that is the manufacture suggested retail price! it was never really reduced, just inflated them supposedly discounted lol. There are a lot of other dealers where the managers fight to get you a great price. Rudolph is not what it used to be 2 years ago

We called, were cleared to bring it in. Work completed by time stated, Called when it was ready. Even washed the car and answered questions about future service. Love that an inspection was made.

I TRAVELED FROM GRAPEVIBE, TEXAS TO EL PASO ON MY 2012 GTI ON JUNE 20TH, 2015. JUST WHEN I ARRIVED TO EL PASO, TX I NOTICED THAT MY VEHICLE WAS ACTING FUNNY, IT WAS STALLING WHILE I WAS DRIVNG AND WHEN I WAS AT A STOP.

I BARELY MADE IT HOME SO I SPENT THE NIGHT LOOKING FOR THE REVIEWS ON LINE ABOUT RUDULPH VOLKSWAGEN. THE REVIEWS WERE EXCELLENT, SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY VEHICKE THERE.

MY SERVICE ADVISOR ALEX HATORILLA PROVIDED ME WITH THE MOST AMAIZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. SHE DEALT WITH EVERYTHING FOR ME, FROM THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, RENTAL, ALL THE WAY TO MAKE SURE MY VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME FOR MY TRIP BACK TO GRAPEVINE, TEXAS.

THE MASTER MECHANIC JHON ANSELL WAS SO PROFESIONAL TO THE POINT WHERE HE SAID "I WOULD STAY LATE IF I HAVE TO TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ON TIME ON THURSDAY"

I AM JUST SO GLAD AND CONTENT WITH THIS EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD TO SHARE IT WITH EVERYBODY OUT THERE, AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE "BENT OVER BACKWORDS" TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY TAKE OUR TRIP BACK ON TIME FOR ME TO GO BACK TO WORK.

I GUESS THIS IS ONLY ONE REASON WHY RUDOLPH VOLKSWGEN IS THE NUMBER 1 SERVICE DEPARTMET IN THE NATION.

RACHEL WAS VERY GOOD AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS OUT OF HERE AS ASAP BECAUSE I JUST PASSING THRU HERE. I WAS I COULD HAVE MY CAR SEVICE HERE BUT I DONT LIVE HERE. jOHN THE MECH ALSO WAS VERY GOOD TELLING ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WHICH IS VERY NICE TO KNOW.
