I'm not sure what Vic S. issue was but the Rosales Law Firm can't just make miracles happen. I'm sure whatever situation Vic S. got himself into, the Rosales Law Firm did all they could to help out this client. He probably just wasn't happy with the results. But like I said, the Rosales Law Firm is not your fairy godmother but they are truly dedicated people.

The Rosales Law Firm came to our rescue after we were swindled out of thousands of dollars from 2 different attorneys who also ended up dragging out a case that should have been only 2-4 months into over 3 years (meanwhile taking money at the same time). They took over the case, cleaned up the mess that was caused, and fought tooth and nail for justice against deceitful and manipulative opposition. It was along and hard battle but the ENTIRE STAFF was with us through it all.

Terrible service, I regret hiring these people. There very incompetent. At first, they act as they care about you but all they care about is your money. Once you pay them in full, they never return phone calls especially Mark Rosales who never gives his email or number away to his clients. His paralegal Sarah Salinas is a very unprofessional person who does not follow up with you and lies to you about what she is doing. The front desk people are even worse. These people never updated me regarding my case, and they kept postponing my case without telling me. To cut this short, I had an ugly experience with them that cause me to lose custody of my daughter when I had an opportunity to win custody. Do not waste you’re time or money with these people.

Oh, by the way, they know nothing about MILITARY Divorces.

They really took their time with my case to make sure everything was done right and I understood every step of the way. Very pleased the whole thing worked out great.

This law firm does not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner and they are experts at giving you the run around!! I do not recommend them!!
