NIGHTMARE!!!! 5 Hrs 20 min waiting. Dr Peter is a very nice person but his receptionist OMG it seems she is making us a favor, very rude. Than I had to call 2-3 a day to ask them to call the pharmacy and approve a prescription the Dr gave us, they do not want to helps us at all. After 4 days waiting I called again at West side office & they said I need to call east side, I called the phone wasn't working & Rosa (Westside) said there was nothing they can do, that I have to go in person to try to contact a nurse or someone to help me with my request. WORSE SERVICE I HAD EVER HAD ON ANY PLACE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY & DON'T CARE OF YOU

Dr Herman is an excellent doctor who is caring and compassionate. I have seen him many times and have not once been dissatisfied. The staff is friendly and doctor Herman listens to your concerns and any issues, you just need to be respectful and give him time enough to chart your condition and progress. Out of the five Dermatologists in this area, he is only one of two who even accept insurances anymore. The rest expect out of pocket payments, which indicates to me that the others care more about the fees that they want to charge instead of the patient. I would recommend Doctor Peter Herman to anyone who wants great experienced care from him and his wonderful staff.

Referred to this Dr. through Tri-Care. Each of the two visits included at least an hour long wait to see the Dr. I found this Dr. to be rude, arrogant, and condescending. He was very pushy, trying to sell products he carried in his office. Product were very pricey. Needless to say, I found another dermatologist for my daughter.
