El Paso Water

After waiting 30 minutes on the customer service line to let them know the water bill had been paid $500.00 worth. They said my account was completely closed and I had to set up a new account the charge would be an additional $75.00. All I wanted was my water turned on again. Oh my we need to move near a river or dam and pump our own water. These people running the PBS board are money hungry. They do not care about the disabled and elderly. All they care about is making more and more money to pay their salaries. We are surrounded by the illuminate everywhere we turn.

Worst service ever. I have been trying to register for a day so I can pay my bill and get locked out of the web page. Then I call a number and I´m told to call again because they can´t attend my call!

Absolutely one of the worst business practices here in El Paso. Try calling the office - there is a 30 minute wait time and sometimes, there is a message saying there are too many callers.



Perhaps this is because of their unclear and late billing practices, and the use of an insufficient automated payment service.



I feel sorry for any El Pasoan that has to call EP Water Utilities. It will be a huge waste of a couple of hours of your time.
