Staff friendly courteous and professional with the exception of the young ladies who manage the front desk area. Totally disorganized. No clear instructions as to the Clinics procedures to sign in , obtain your invoice for services rendered or even where the customers line begins or ends. Just a cluster mess.

Lack of organization. I ask for specific veterinarian and it is ignored and I am placed with whoever they choose. They are very expensive and offer no discount for seniors, multiple animals, military. The staff at the front desk is not very welcoming, no smile, no hello, basically "what do you want", no discounts on rechecks, or if the medicine they gave doesn't work, charged full cost office visit. The grooming is ok, the first couple of times my Siberian Husky looked great, the third time she did not look as if she had been bathed, mentioned it to staff at front and was told to call next day. They performed lab work in excess of $300 and NEVER called or gave us the results, I had to go and get a copy of the tests that they handed to me with no explanation, some of her levels were elevated, they are quick to take your money for not so professional vet care.
