I bein employed by Dm Dickinson for 4 years now how time goes fast very blessed to get my dream job At The International Airport of El Paso the hiring process was super fast thank you to Miss Arcy Miss Charly And Miss Susan both west and eaat office for going out and beyond very happy to won 2nd place international in my survey's at the airport now fighting to get 1st place i also had the opportunity to work for Camino Real hotel and will continue going when they need help overall i give the company Dm Dickonson ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ really do recommend any one that needs a job to go apply

I have had one of the worst unprofessional experiences at this company. I went in to sign up for their services so that they could assist me in finding a job. As I was there going through their whole registration and orientation process, it came up that there was actually an opening at the company itself. I did two interviews that same day for that specific position and the hiring manager there offered me the position. She gave me the rest of the day to think about it and told me to call her the next day if I was to consider their offer so that they could move forward. They called me the next morning and left a message for the lady because she was going to be in meetings. I waited for the rest of the morning and afternoon and still did not hear back. I called them again mid-afternoon only to be put on hold and told That they had already hired someone prior to me. Simply unprofessional. I had also had interviews set up for later on in the week and canceled them because of this position. I'm still in shock at how horrible their communication is and how unprofessional this experience was.

I went in last week to DM Dickason a little reluctant looking for job placement only because in August I was at another staffing agency and had a horrible experience with the job recruiter. I did not know what to expect. However, I was very impressed with the entire experience! First impressions are always key when entering any establishment and the receptionist, Norma, was very inviting, kind and pleasant. The office was very clean, spacious and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting with Raul Romero, Charlie McSwain, and Susan Tuñon. Their enthusiasm and passion for helping people was so refreshing compared to my last experience in August. They were encouraging and genuinely happy to help find the right job for me. It makes such a difference to the client when the employees love their job. They have a contagious attitude and walked out happy and confident that they would work on my behalf to help me find a job. Thank you DM Dickason staff!! Highly recommend!

Person that assisted me was rude and never got a call back was passed on and they did not care of my certifications I had overall last place I will be looking for

Since you was in the receptionist is very attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is positive and you know you will be taken care of. I worked with Susan and Charlie, they were both very professional. They both made every effort to find the job that best suited me and I sincerely felt that they cared. Very happy with my experience and will continue to recommend.
