Bomanite is by far the best professionals in the business. They have a vast assortment of patterns and do the most unique and beautiful work. I have had them do much work for me.

I have known Andy for over 30 years. He does all kinds of concrete work for my company; stamped concrete, pools, you name it. And the super quality of his work is well worth every penny!

I contacted this company for a bid on driveway stain/sealant. I called and spoke to the receptionist, Cookie, who told me Aaron would call me. He called and we scheduled a day for him to go over to give me a bid. That day came and went so I called the receptionist again. She assured me he would call. Never heard from him again. I finally called Cookie and explained to her that I was glad I found out what type of customer service they provide and that I was going to provide others this information in a review.

I requested a quote from this company for an outdoor kitchen based on their website and "reviews" assuming they would be professional and do quality work. I met with Aaron and discussed what we had in mind. I knew they wouldn't be inexpensive but I was willing to pay more for good/quality service. Aaron promised to provide me with a quote within 4 days. When I did not receive a quote I called and left a message but received no call back from Aaron. I called several other times inquiring about the estimate and "Cookie" the receptionist, who was always very kind, would tell me she would relay the message. Finally, I asked Cookie to please ask Aaron if he was going provide an estimate so I wouldn't continue waiting in vain. She kindly returned my call after speaking with him and told me that he had told her that "he would not be giving me an estimate". Hmmmm. I think that was inconsiderate, rude and completely unprofessional on Aaron's part especially since I had told him the project was time sensitive. Granted, the job probably wouldn't have been a "big" one but I calculate it would have been at least $7-10K. A returned call , quick email, text or any effort to show good work ethic even if it was to tell me he wouldn't be quoting would have been appreciated. I guess "small" projects like mine are a waste of time for this company. Don't waste your time or energy on them unless you have a bigger job for them. Apparently your "small" business won't be appreciated.
