They have a large group of massage therapists to choose from, the place is really nice, soothing music and the service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. A must for massage lovers.

Had the best experience last time I was in. I had Ana and and she was beyond satisfied. I work as a nurse and have the worst pain in my back, Ana was able to release all the pressure and knots I had without the extreme soreness days after like I had at a prior massage place. She even gave me tips for stretches I can do throughout my work day. Her hands were like magic & I felt genuinely cared for. You just don't get quality service like this often these days & I appreciate it. Will be seeing her again & recommend you do as well.

Best Place ever!! love getting massages with all the different therapists they have, microfacials with aaaalll the girls! Everyone is so friendly and the girls at the front desk always remember my name. The always ask me how was my service at the end, and always try to book me at whatever time is the most convenient for me. JUST L-O-V-E it so M-U-C-H!!!

Although the staff was very friendly I came her for a service. After leaving I looked down and was completely in shock. There was so much hair left I literally couldn't believe it. And I'm not even talking about in places that maybe she didn't see or was hard to get, I'm talking very clearly a ton of hair left everywhere. I'm extremely dissapointed :( I will not be returning.

I was there every week for the year 2013 and every month for the year 2014. because i had many problems with my back and my doctor recommended me this massage clinic, and now i can say i can walk longer distance my health completely improve the massage therapist are very nice and truly care for the customers, the front desk employees that are there now are better than the previous so i have seen a good change, getting a massage once a month made me stress free and it improve my mood too. I recommend this place to everyone that is in pain, you will walk out feeling better

the Brazilian Wax there is the best in El Paso, Great price, easy to get to, accommodating, and fast. I had an appointment for 8pm, for my Brazilian Wax, so I wouldn't be late I left my house early in case I got lost and, I ended up being 45mins early ,and they saw me even thou I was early. Which I think is great because you really want to hurry and get it over with, because waxing itself is really not that fun:-). Ayessa did my wax, she is super friendly, made me feel totally comfortable, and did it with little pain. I have had a Brazilian before and this was the best experience, I have ever had. she is super clean, the room for the wax and facials looks like a small clinic, they have all types of machines, and i saw how she got the things out of the sterilizer, witch is very important for health issues, now i go there and get under arm waxing, lip and eyebrows. they have a regular customer with me.

i got a groupon, and a living social discounted voucher for a facial, and it was the best treatment for my skin.

right after i left, my skin was glowing, she did a microdermabrasion and facial.

after that i paid regular price for the next sessions and i get complements from all my friends on how my new skin looks great, Luisa and Ayessa are the best facialist there.

some times i get massages at a great price too, since i became a member.

i really recommend any peeling, microdermabrasion or facial there.

My Husband had told me about how great Bienestar Massage was and insisted I try them out so that we could join the membership together. I was a little hesitant because I can be very particular when it comes to massage. I was afraid that it was going to be more of a clinic type atmosphere rather than a relaxing spa which I prefer. I am also very picky when it comes to therapists. I have been getting massages for years and am very particular.

I walked in very surprised to find such a relaxing ambiance with music playing and candles lit. When I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a huge smile and welcomed me. As I sat waiting for my massage, the receptionist brought me green tea to sip while I ate chocolates that they had in little boxes. As I waited for my therapist, the receptionist informed me about their wellness program. I was so surprised at what a great deal it was but was a little skeptical since I hadn't had my massage yet.

Needless to say, it was the BEST massage that I have ever had. My therapist was not only extremely knowledgeable about massage but honestly concerned with my needs. I have had upper back problems for years, and never felt relief until now. The most surprising thing was after the massage, rather than quickly sending me on my way, she explained to me some stretches that I should do to help relieve some of the strain in my back.

I was so pleased with my experience at Bienestar Massage that I signed up myself and my Husband for the membership. My Husband was right again. (he made sure I mentioned that!)

I have been a member at Bienestar Massage for over 4 months. Not getting massage on a regular basis prior to this, they convinced me to join the wellness program and commit to at least a monthly massage. Wow, what a difference it is making in my life. After 30 yrs of lower back issues which limited my athletic adventures, I am now pain-free and able to pursue different athletic endeavors and hardly ever get sick because it also helps remove toxins from my body. Their therapists are fantastic (I have a favorite, but can get in to see other greats on short notice). The staff is the friendliest around and always greet me with warmth and sincerity.

ask them about the membership you will save a lot, you will only pay $37. for any massage, plus the place is really elegant.

All month I look forward to my massage with Olivia I can feel the tension building and building and in the back of my mind I know that relief is on the way. I wish there was something else in my life as consistently solid and relaxing. The thing she does holding her hands over my forehead kind of sucking the tension out is absolutely my favorite thing ever. I would come every day if I could. I'm a very busy doctor and i usually get a massage once a week, from Angel or Roxy

Great massages, great service, and great people. I was greeted by a warm receptionist who was helpful in booking my appointment and explaining the different types of massages to me. Then taken back into the rooms the therapist made me feel really comfortable, as he gave me plenty of time to get relaxed. and gave me more than 60 minutes massage at no extra cost.

i love my massage by Roxy she is really good,

i used to go to other expensive spas, but now i go there

because is really elegant and they give u wine and cheese when u get a package, i paid only $37. for 1 hour deep tissue massage and $57 for a chemical peel facial.

they are open 7 days a week.
