I moved in my current house in 01/2011, and the house had new buyer insurance coverage for 12 months. There were some leakage on the roof in 05/2011, so I called insurance and they said that I have to pay $60 per trip and then they'll send professional HVAC compnay to my house, I said yes, and they sent All Air. They came here probably 2 - 3 times, and then 6+ months later, the insurance company called me and said that I still owe them $60 dollars due to there's a time All Air showed up and my wife refused to let them in, so they'll still need to charge me since they had made the trip. THE TRUTH IS THAT THIS NEVER HAPPENED, BUT INSTEAD OF BELIEVE IN CONSUMER, THEY CHOOSE TO BELIEVE THEIR TECHNICIAN. I called them several times to explain the truth to them, but the reps. insist that I have to pay. $60 is not a big amount and in order to avoid all the hassles in the future, I decided to pay them $60 for the trip they never showed up. Do not recommand this HVAC company.

All Air has been servicing my ...

All Air has been servicing my cooling and heating systems since before I bought my house. I have lived in my house for 7 years. All Air services my systems twice a year and is also a contractor for my home warranty company. So, over the years, as my coolers have needed replacement, All Air has worked with the home warranty company to make sure my coolers were properly replaced. I have had very minors problems over time but can call the owner and easily and quickly resolve any issues. This is a family business who strives to keep customers happy.

I have been working with this business for the last 2 1/2 years and they replaced one compressor and the coil on the roof within the last 2 yrs, on one unit and a capsitor on the other. At that time I was pretty happy with their services, at that time I probably would have rated them with a 5 star. I even refered several of my neighbors to them. I hope they treat them better than they ended up treating us at this present point and time. UNHAPPY CAMPER. This year the compressor, capasitor, receiver dryer and wires went out on the unit. All The parts were covered by the unites warranty. So we do not pay for parts on the unit. Just Labor, refrigerant, acid a-way flush, sodering equipment, and Recover refrigerant and have it taken to be recycled We wanted to know a break down of the charges that were going to be done to our Refrigerated air conditionair. We asked for the breakdown to be sent by fax. They sent an invoice with labor and parts put together. We wanted an itemization of charges. Both My husband and I spoke with the Owner Grace and She refused to do so. She stated to my husband that she was not going to spend any more time on this. So, my husband told her he was not spending any more time with her either. We believe that as a business owner and/or business employee the customer is always right and when a customer ask for something. The business as a coutesy should ablige the client/customer to keep them happy and keep coming back. Sorry!!!! Too say we will not be back to do business with this company and the Owner Grace.

We are now with another company that was referred to us and We explained the situation at hand and they said that we are this company's loss and there gain. We had no problems getting a Ruff Quote itemized from them.
