I love your staff! They are extremely patient and my daughter couldn’t stop talking about her teacher all day!
Very unprofessional. I was going to enroll my boys here had something come up and it just was not going to work out for us. I call Yvonne, the director she said i could pick up refunded money for the "save a slot" but could not be refunded the registration fee. That i under stand because she did…
This daycare is unsafe for children! They have older kids holding and walking around with the infants. I show up to pick my kids up and they told me my 4 year old was in the bathroom; I found him in the infant classroom his teacher was unaware of his whereabouts. My oldest child is allergic to m…

We chose to put our son at Angel Keeper because we have heard so many great things about the program and staff from our family and friends. The staff are very knowledgeable, loving and patient. Our son loves going to daycare every day.
Our experience at Angel Keeper has been very positive.
My daughter has attended Angel Keeper for 4 years. My family appreciates the staff at Angel Keeper's for the way they have cared for my daughter.
We enrolled our son in Angel Keeper Learning Center when he was 8 months old. We interviewed almost 15 child care programs. Not only was the first phone call to Angel Keeper pleasant, but once we entered the facility we noticed the teachers and the founder greeting each child in the hallway by name, with attention given to each child. That is priceless.
Terrible center. My kids cried every single day they had to go. They kept telling me the kids would be fine but after an entire month of them crying non stop I decided to look somewhere else. This was the second day care I had tried and was about to just quit working. The teachers talk on their cell phones both in the classroom with the kids and on the playground. Very very unprofessional staff. They sit around and let the kids cry all the time. I luckily found a great place for my kids that they love. Its NOT a place to grow.
This day care is great! My kids went to several other day cares over the last few years and they cried no stop. Ready Set Grow has a great staff, very clean facility, lots of activities and is very professional. My kids love it there and never ever cry. We've had nothing but a GREAT experience here.
my two girls have been attending this daycare for 5 months my oldest is in the pre k class she has learned so much in just a few weeks.....thank you ready set grow staff!!!
Front office staff and director have no customer service skills very rude; after walking in and hearing them yell and scold children numerous time I withdrew my children from the program. Clearly some of the people workong here werr not fit for the job, if you dont like working with children then find a different job and prevent acidents likr this. The person responsible was always in a bad mood and talked coldly to the children at this center http://www.kvia.com/news/el-paso/parents-say-day-care-leaves-child-in-van-for-1-hour/594240155
I've had a good experience in this daycare. Parents should know that sometimes accidents happen and that sometimes kids hurt themselves in the playground or playing with other kids. It could happen cause the kids don't listen, brake the rules, or fight with other kids, although those issues do need to be adressed. They have two playgrounds, a big one and a small one that is used for toddlers (like the tiny ones you buy from Wal-Mart). The kids have to be 4 or 5 to be able to get on the big playground. But if you don't want your kid in playground at all, tell them "my child is NOT allowed in the playground". The times my daughter has gotten hurt, I've always received incident reports that same day, but nothing major has ever happened. They take her and pick her up from school on time. During the summer they take the kids to field trips, with prior permission from the parents/guardians. They also organize events for the kids such as pre-k graduations, christmas dances, etc. The very few times I was running late from picking my child up, I would give them a call and they'd tell me it was perfectly fine. The daycare does NOT close whenever the director feels like it. They usually only close during holidays like 4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc. But whenever they will be closed they give about a week or even 2 week notice, it's not random. Never have I been called out of work or school to pick up my child after the daycare randomly closed. The owner/director does speak English, she has a very obvious strong accent and struggles to speak it, but she does speak English. The owner is not a native English speaker but she will still communicate with you in English if that's the only language you can communicate in. 80.7% of the population in El Paso in bilingual, and she is among those people. My experience at this daycare has been positive as well as my daughters. My daughter's favorite teacher is Ms. Connie.
