It can give 0 stars.After driving around I found the house I wanted, i went into the office to fill out the paper work. I asked if the owner was coming back soon and she said no. I got the keys and I expected century 21 Nancy to show up at the house but that didn't happen. I had to knock on the neighbor door to find out how to turn the water and heater on. Nancy didn't show up for the walk through either, so I wrote down all deficiencies. After living there for a year they inform me isella through a voice mail that the owner was coming back. We had a water leak to the point that the roof was caving in and I inform them. They refused to send someone out. I had to let them know that if the roof cave in on my baby there's going to a serious issue. When it came time to move Nancy and isella showed up every day for a week saw the water damage but never said anything. Where were they when I was moving in. Now they refuse to give me my deposit stating is for the water damage. How can that be when they was inform for 2 weeks and I was still under my lease.
