The Body Shop is a "preferred" shop according Allstate which is why I chose this shop. I would be careful choosing them as timeline for repairs and communication with customers is poor. In addition, they placed a bumper on my car that was charged to my insurance as a "new" part from an after market dealer the shop uses. When my car was "ready" they then found a crack in the bumper. They said they would have to take the bumper down, repair it, then put the piece back on the vehicle. I immediately questioned him about putting a damaged and repaired part on my car when my insurance paid for a new part. He stated that sometimes the parts come defective and must be repaired. I then stated to him that if the part was defective it should have been returned by the body shop for a new undamaged part. I mentioned that I was calling my insurance to report that they were trying to put a damaged part on my car when the insurance paid for a new part. I questioned the shop and asked if placing damaged and repaired parts on vehicles when insurance pays for new parts is something they do frequently. He then said they would go ahead and order a new bumper. I felt this was poor customer service and poor integrity on their part considering they were on the "preferred" list from my insurance carrier. I looked at reviews online to find that another customer had a similar complaint with this body shop. If you choose this shop, be careful about what parts and what "new" damage and charges are added to the vehicle as my repair ended up being four times the repair estimate my insurance company gave when they initially saw my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle there was already a scratch on my "new and freshly painted" bumper. I had seriously had enough and didn't want the headache of dealing with a scratch on a vehicle that should have a new part and new paint. They were quick to charge the ENTIRE deductible and I was QUICK to grab my keys and just get out of there.
By far the worse service, way overpriced and the attitude of the people that work there is very unfriendly. Looks like they don't want to sell. Also if you do buy something from there open the box in the store. Most of their perfumes have been open and used then placed back on the box. When I go…

I had light blonde highlights. Needed a touch up as my roots were like 2 inches. I told her.(Bonnie) No red brassiness that is my worst fear, well that's what I got. She totally 100% did that and colored my hair with like 4 different colors and the back doesn't match the front. DO NOT GO THERE she does not know what she's doing. I am extremely angry and I'm afraid to go back to complain because I don't want her to screw it up more. I don't know what to do

way way over priced doesn't allow to spray on skin why spend this type of money just to go a department store
We love this store many selections in both locations I would buy from them EVERYTIME just because of the selection and 25 years of customer service
