We called Friday afternoon was told someone would call us Saturday. Didn't hear from them till Monday after I sent an email to please call. my husband set up appt on Tuesday between 4 and 5. Got a call almost at 5, they were somewhere in central. Didn't get here till about 6. Serviceman was ok seemed to know what was going on. The only thing I did not like is that he pulled out the air filter and saw that it was wet, and just stuck it back in unit. I checked it later and it was torn and had to go to Home Depot to purchase a new one! He could of installed a new one. Price was ok for service. (Especially since he ruined my air filter) office staff was polite when I spoke Edna to pay over phone. In all fairness I'm willing to give them one more shot. Just seems difficult finding good heating and cooling companies in El Paso!!

They got my AC ready for summer twice and came out to fix a leak once. Total professionals and were very quick.
Had them come out to get a conversion estimate for the Lowe's promotion. Wouldn't give a itemized estimate and like everything I do my research. Estimate was ridiculously over costs and said they charge more because of going through Lowe's. I can't say anything about installation quality, but in terms of price, buyer beware if you don't know what you cost of what you are getting and they won't disclose what they charge, you are most likely over paying. Make sure you get at a minimum 3 estimates.
I called Total Air to repair my furnace last month. My technician was on time, courteous & very professional. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything to me. He diagnosed the problem & repaired it very fast. My experience was wonderful & I will recommend to all my friends.
I contacted this company to inspect our heating system when we bought our house 3 months ago because of all the great reviews on Angie's List, Google, YP, etc. That went fine and the cost was reasonable so when it was time to switch our heat to cooling I called them again and set the appointment - a two hour window where I had to wait at home for them. I was told the service tech would call when he was on his way. With 45 minutes of my 2 hour window left I called to see if I could get an ETA as I had other appointments. I was told he came to my house, knocked, waited, called the office to say I wasn't home, and left. This upset me because the whole time I waited for him I was in my office which looks out to the front door. I let them know it was impossible he came to my door and/or knocked, and if that was even the case (which it wasn't) why didn't he call me like they said he would? Another lady got on the phone and insisted the tech DID come to my house, so I let her know I was going to have to find another HVAC company, waste another day waiting, and hopefully the other people would bother actually showing up. Then I hung up. This lady called me back and left a voicemail explaining the tech WAS at my house but didn't call me because he didn't have my number so that's why he couldn't call me. She said there was still a half hour left in the 2 hour window and she could have him come back, but 1) He never came to my house in the first place; 2) If he could call the office to tell them I wasn't home why couldn't he get my number and call me considering I just made the appointment the day before; and 3) I don't have to do business with people who insist their employee showed up when I know for a fact he didn't, then make excuses for why no one could call me when I was told someone would. I understand mistakes happen and I'm very understanding when people own up to it, but that didn't happen today.
I had Total Air come out to my house last August to fix a refrigerated unit that was not working for the second time in a month (had a different contractor work on it originally). First off, the lady that assisted me on the phone was very polite. Chris and Joe came out, identified the problem, and explained to me what needed to be done and why. Even though the solution wasn't cheap, I was impressed that they were prompt, professional, and courteous. The work that was done was done correctly, and they kept me informed of the progress and followed up after. I'll call these guys again the next time I have a problem.
I had my heating unit repaired by Total Air Services last week. The technician Joe and owner Brandon Brooks arrived on time, diagnosed my problem, and charged a fair price to make the necessary repair. The also gave me a free estimate for a new central a/c and heating system and I will definitely use them once I am ready. I am a small business owner and appreciate reliable service and at a reasonable price as my customers do! An additional bonus was that they have great reviews on Angie's List and have 5 star ratings here on yellow pages.com. Thank you for your service, Total Air and keep up the good work!
