Beautiful people I wanna Take care Of You don't forget menudo
I have been to many eye care centers and have not received the great customer service as I have here. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs vision care. Dr Martinez is excellent! He saw that I had an eye infection back in 2001! No other doctor has mentioned it before. Very knowledgeable…
Horrible experience. Was in the waiting room for over a hour before they called our name. A full eye check up took us over 4 hours! I should have known something was up when I was leaving and a couple with a crying child was walking out yelling about the facility's incompetence. I will NEVER go…
I was extremely happy with my experience at Eyeworld! they explained benefits to me prior to my appointment, theyhelped me pick out my glasses and also had them ready that same day. the gentleman that helped me with my glasses explained in detail what material he was going to make my glasses wi…

Wish I could put no stars. Spoke with a Diana- rude and horrible customer service. Passed three yes always some issue and rude person. I'm done with this place
Best optometry practice BY A MILE!My experience here is always nothing but positive from the moment I walk through the door! The staff is always very patient with all of my questions and answers them thoroughly. I love that they actually take the time to LISTEN to what I say THEN make recommendations based off of my NEEDS and don't just try to "up-sell" me. Dr. McMahon is very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He truly CARES for his patients, something very rare in an optometrist. I always find at least a few pairs of glasses that I love in their HUGE selection of frames and the staff spends as much time with me as I need to help me find a frame that's perfect for me. Eye World is the only place I TRUST for my eye care needs. Bottom line, GO HERE! They set the standard at a whole new level!!
My Best experience at a full service optometryThe staff at Eye World were pleasantly courteous and very knowledgeable. They offer a wide selection of frames and I wasn’t rushed to select one. I have been to other shops in and around El Paso and have never experienced such professional attention by the staff and the doctor.Dr. McMahon’s experience in his field shined through. I felt very secure in his knowledge and recommendations. And WOW I didn’t have to wait for days to get my prescription filled. The full service lab had my glasses ready in an hour!!! Now that’s serviceI highly recommend Eye World hands DOWN.
I have awful vision and broke my glasses today. My usual doctor couldn't see me so I tried this place out and thank god I did! The staff set me up an appointment for TODAY, I got to see the doctor, pick out new frames and my glasses were made in HALF AN HOUR!!! You won't find prompt quality service like this ANYWHERE else. Dr. McMahon is now officially my permanent optometrist. He has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Your mind will be completely at ease when your eyes are in the care of Dr. McMahon.I recommend that anyone who isn't 100% satisfied with their doctor and staff should make the switch to Eye World.
Bad Business! I didn't have any vision insurance so everything was out of pocket. Over the phone the quote for a medical visit was $89. In the end, they charged me $119 for the visit but didn't charge for any extra testing and the medical visit cost was $119 even though they quoted $89. I had an ulcer in my eye and I asked them to not do any additional testing since I was paying out of pocket. They insisted on doing this eye pressure test when my eye hurt so bad and could barely keep my eye open. Then insisted on testing my prescription on my glasses even though it had nothing to do with the visit. Then the doctor said she would get me certain things and order a cheaper brand of eye drops but she didn't. The drops she prescribed me for was for $125!!! The pharmacist worked with me to find an off brand that cost me only $29. THEN before I made the follow up appointment, I confirmed with the receptionist that the follow up will be a no cost appointment. When I arrive at the follow up, I confirmed AGAIN that the visit was no charge and after 10 mins of waiting, they informed me that they will charge me a full cost of a medical visit. They wouldn't even honor their word when I made sure to confirm TWICE that the appointment would be no cost to me. If this is how they treat NEW patients, I don't know how they stay in business. I would rather pay another fee at a BETTER doctor's office than continue to go to a place that can't get their story straight.
It feels like bowie has lost its heart, the bread is not like it used to be, they changed the size of cup of menudo to a smaller one at the same price without notice. They are getting too greedy and letting quality slack. So sad!!!
I find it simply amazing all the people who think Bowie Bakery makes good bread?... they USE TO make good bread a few years back but their standards are way too low now.... for instance, today I bought francesitos, tamales and doughnuts... the francesitos (boilos, pan frances or pan blanco– whatever you want to cal it) were horrible, mushy and not crispy like Valentines or Food City... the tamales lack a lot of salt and were all masa and no meat!... the doughnuts are not light but feel like your are eating two donughts at once unlike Duncan Dounuts... I saw their esponjas or pan de huevo and they look like they only had a couple of pieces of sugar on top? unlike the esponjas of Vista Market... as you can see I am not a competitor or even mentioning my families (brothers) bakery but– I hope that people vote with their money and start supporting or buying other bakeries bread to help Bowie awaken and up their quality and standards...
Quick and Easy. No cheesy low advertisments and then you end up spending 400 dollars like some opticals I went to.
the service here is incredible, they really took care of me, from helping me get my prescription to picking out some awesome glasses, and went it came down to paying it got even better, their prices are very low that i got 2 pairs, thanks for the service
