Vanessa was the wonderful sale Rep that help me to pick out a great pair of glasses. She also assisted me with leans for my other glasses as well as adding new nose pads. Outstanding job Venessa.

Dr. Vinson Nance is an excellent optometrist, but his staff leaves much to desire. The only person I can confidently say provides good customer service is the young lady that works the front desk and assists with eye exams. She is professional and polite. The heavy set lady gives a new meaning to the word discourteous. She is absolutely clueless on how to provide good customer service and is downright rude. It is beyond me as to how she has remained employed there. The man that handles the optical is impolite and unprofessional as well. He does not want to take the time to explain to customers what options are available and quite frankly has extensive communication issues. He clearly does not know how to articulate his thoughts when explaining the various glasses available and the differences for each one. His personal appearance is grossly offensive as his uniform and shoes always seem to be dirty. This was my first experience with an optometrist since moving to El Paso and I won't be returning there except to get an eye exam. I hope my review assists potential customers. My recommendation is to see Dr. Nance as he is a superlative optometrist, but take your prescription elsewhere so you don't have to deal with his ill-mannered staff.
tried to get my kids eye exams the customer service is horrible. I would not recommend them to Military families or anyone else.
