Great selection with Professional very approachable staff. Although they have been at this location for over 30 years, you really will see and feel the difference the moment you step on this lot. The salesman was pleasant, non-aggressive and really listened to our needs. I'll gladly recommend this car lot to all my family and friends.
For your own good don’t buy from this place. They are clowns selling pieces of junk, ripping people off and putting their lives in danger when they claim to repair the vehicles you buy from them. Hope to see this place shut down soon.
I just bought a beautiful 2016 Camaro from Southwest Auto and I can't give these guys enough praise. They were helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and all around made the buying experience easy. if you are thinking about buying a car in El Paso, stop by here first because my experience was just the best. I would suggest coming here to friends, family, and coworkers alike. I'm very happy with my new car.
My brother just recently purchased a car and it broke down, it's been 14 days since and the car is not fixed. He has no car and they don't want to return his deposit, he asked for the contract to be cancel before the 10 days and yet they refuse, he finance through the dealership so most likely they know they could of cancel the contract, my brother recorded conversations that prove the dealership refusal to cancel the contract. He has had trouble getting through the managers phone line since every time he has call; the front operator transfer's his call to voicemail. This dealership broke contract the minute their product is not working, or worst yet; they force the sell and ignore my brothers request to cancel contract, even after he did it before the 10 days. Don't buy from here. If you are dealing with the same problem contact the Auto Fraud Legal Center or if you need to call direct to El Paso Regional Office of the Attorney General 915-834-5800. This matter should hit the local news too.

Took my car to get the headlight covers buffed due to dullness. Robert Barnett scratch my paint off my car near the head light. According to him it was already scratched. I wash my car by hand always and the day before was no exception and my car had no scratch. According to his father Joe Barnett...his son Robert was trying to inform me about the scratch but we were talking. Lame excuse if you ask me but that scratch he claims was there should have been pointed out before the service. I spent all afternoon in traffic driving to Roudolph Mazda West dealership to get an estimate of $384.00 to repaint my whole front end. According to Mazda body shop..it was a not a very good job definitely worth $25.00. I settled for a touch up paint for now till I can afford the expense. Unfortunately it doesn't look too good but this experience cost me money, time, fuel and aggrivation. After telling Robert Barnett to enjoy my $25.00 (cost of this service) he offered to return my money with a sorry..my response was "No You're Not" and took my money. I do not recommend dishonest business like Barnett Automotive ���
