Went to have dinner, never been before. The place looked really expensive and ritzy, I thought I might not be able to afford it. Went with three friends. First off, they were super busy, yet someone politely told us of the wait time, 30 minutes. We were asked to sit at the chocolate cafe which was so neat and colorful, or the bar. We sat at the bar. Pretty soon a server took a drink order, the bartender was super fast and polite. There was so much going on that night, I believe they had a live piano player, and later a comedy show. A very nice young man approached us and asked us to be his guests for the comedy show, told us of specials and gave us FREE tickets. We were very pleasantly surprised. Then after about 15 minutes, a table was available and we had dinner. Our food was delicious. It was very reasonably priced to my surprise, the waitress was super friendly and knew everything (Gabriella) about the food and menu. We stayed for the comedy show and had the time of our lives. The young man that came up to us with free tickets was a comedian. His name was The Wolf and he and his friends were hilariously funny. The things that they came up with! Best show we had ever seen. We will be going back soon! 5 stars!
The minestrone soup was watery, the salad dressing was a cheap grade (also watery) and the bread was not anything close to Italian. The waiters were taking water spots off glasses with napkins (very unsanitary and against health department regulations). Save yourself the trip.
Fantastic experience top to bottom! My gf and I visited from out of town and saw this eatery on Yp and gave it a try. The Manhattan and the wine selection is impressive. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the creme brulle was probably the best we've had! Magnifico!
16. Il Posto Pristo
Had a coupon so decided to take my hubby here for an early Valentines Day. Boy, are we glad we went. It was awsome! The best REAL italian food I have ever had. Very romantic dim lights and candle lite. The wait staff was extremly helpful and courteous. I would definetly recommend this to any…

24. La Isla Mariscos
Would NOT recommend at all. Wait staff seemed confused when asked about certain entrees, manager rude when a problem with a dish was brought up, bad quality food. Only gave them one star because 0 stars was not an option.
One of the reasons I love Pad Thai so much, aside from the fact that in Thailand they just call it Pad, is that it is very hard to screw up. Even bad Pad Thai is good Pad Thai! Which is why I was so disappointed by Nothing But Noodles, this place has bad Pad Thai, which I will still eat, b…
This is my family's favorite place to eat. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The food is fresh, light, and delicious. The restaurant is open and airy. The only drawback for us is that it isn't open for dinner.
Very hospitable staff. I loved the food although I had to add lots of salt to the main dishes. I guess they do that in purpose to add salt to taste. I felt like the restaurant was definitely haunted! The setting looks scary in a good way, and dark. It's a must see I totally recommend it.
I was really ruding for this place, it looks like its owned by a very nice family that put a lot of effort into opening the joint, its in a brand new building, great relaxing place It looks like they have great equipment to make a top notch pizaa. problem is they dont now how to make a good Pizza, the dough was not cooked right, a little raw and the sauce has no tast, also not enough engridionts for the price. Also they do not have any wings, bread sticks or anything that traditionally goes with Pizza, they instead sell hotdogs. There salad is ok but with very limited ingrediants. Also they so not deliver. Ive orderd pizza from them twice and same experience, Im going to try them again one more time in a cuple of months to see if they've stepped it up. I work a block away and I'd hate to see that nice family loose their big investment because they could not cook a tasty Pizza
Mi Piaci, has the best italian food in el paso. The chef is the owner his name is cosimo and he is from calabria italy. The seafood is flown in fresh and the steaks are cut off the loin to order. The service is fabulous and the food is always piping hot. They have an upstairs dining room for private dining and large parties or events. Cosimo's pastas are homemade and include gnocchi and lobster ravioli made from scratch. Fresh fish includes chilean seabass, halibut, dover sole, grouper, and red snapper. The meat is angus riserve that has been aged 21 days. Great food, great service, defintly an el paso hot spot. Located in West El Paso, Tx.
This is a great theme restaurant with the layout of an old fashion prohibition speak easy. Wonderful props and a great atmosphere makes for a great dining experience ideal for a first date a bday or a unique business meeting in the mob room! Plus they offer cool mystery dinners on special invite occasions! Food is ok not great but authentic calabrise. A little bit of a limited wine selection and a small menu but nice friendly service! Look for the big mobster face on I10 west but may be a little tricky to actually find so GPS the address so you can find the actual parking lot in the back and go through the wise guy entrance!
One of the reasons I love Pad Thai so much, aside from the fact that in Thailand they just call it Pad, is that it is very hard to screw up. Even bad Pad Thai is good Pad Thai! Which is why I was so disappointed by Nothing But Noodles, this place has bad Pad Thai, which I will still eat, but C'MON! This place offers the Pad Thai you'd expect from a crappy Chinese restaurant that offers all sorts of Asian dishes that aren't even Chinese. And that just doesn't cut it for an establishment whose core competency is the noodle. Better alternatives: Tara Thai on Mesa or don't order the Pad Thai.
I HAVE EATEN AT THIS OLIVE GARDEN ATLEAT 6TIMES SINCE THEY BUILD IT HERE ON JOE BATTLE. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT AND IT DOEST TAKE THAT LONG FOR IT TO ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING EVEN IN THE LUNCH HOUR. THE STAFF ALWAYS GREETS ME AND MY CHILDREN. WE ARE ALWAYS CATERED TO BY OUR HOSTESS. THE BAR DRINKS ARE GOOD ALSO. THE PRICE IS OK FOR THE SERVICE BESIDES THAT YOU GET ALLTHE SALAD YOU WANT THAT IS A GREAT BONUS. WELL MY REVIEW IS LONG BUT I JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW MUCH I REALLY LIKE THE STAFF THERE WHICH MAKES IT A GREAT PLACE TO EAT ANYTIME. IM GOING THERE TONIGHT WITH MY KIDS AGAIN!
I had an out of town guest for dinner and hoped that I could find a meal that would make notable impression. Mi Piaci did that and more. A good selection of wines coupled with inventive dinner selections, made a hit with my guest from Dallas. She commented that the food was as good as 5 star selections in Dallas! My unending compliments to the chef at Mi Piaci, for this great dining experience. His move to Pepper Tree Square in April should only help his business. We will be back for my wife's birthday next week, for another memorable experience!
Sorrento is not your typical El Paso Italian Restaurant. The ambiance is like something out of a movie with thousands upon thousands of chianti bottles lining the ceiling. The food was amazing, as the parmigiana was as good as I've ever tasted. The spaghetti sauce was tangy and spicy and their antipasto is the best in town. We also ordered a pizza that was simply magical. For desert we had tiramisu and spumoni, both phonemonal. I would recomend Sorrento to anyone looking for fantastic Italian food in the El Paso area.
Alright to start I am TDY to El Paso for 3 months. I had a long travel day (10 hours) and checked into my hotel Chase (right next to Dominics). I walked over to Dominics and the place look like a restaurant/club/candy shop. My waitress was great. After the long day I was not able to figure-out what I wanted. She gave me a few options and I said ok. The meal was great. I have been TDY to the NY/NJ area many times and Dominics was very good. I walked out the door and said that I was coming back.
Had a coupon so decided to take my hubby here for an early Valentines Day. Boy, are we glad we went. It was awsome! The best REAL italian food I have ever had. Very romantic dim lights and candle lite. The wait staff was extremly helpful and courteous. I would definetly recommend this to anyone. If you have never tasted Italian food other than the 2 big chains in El Paso as I had you are in for a pleasent delicious suprise. Your going to love it.
