My husband and I, along with 2 of my friends went to see a movie there. When we sat down we were the only ones in the theater besides another man that was a row in front of us. When the movie started we were talking amongst ourselves but the man in the front thought we were being loud so he started telling us to shut the f*** up. He actually stood up and started saying f*** you shut the f*** up already! So we tried to calm him down and we apologized. We said we were sorry we didn't realize we were being so loud and we would be quiet but he kept repeating shut the f*** up, over and over. So I told my husband to go get the manager because he was getting really aggressive and loud. When my husband left, the man sat down but he started throwing his popcorn at me. It actually hit me in the face and I got really upset so I picked the popcorn up from my lap and threw it back and I told him that that was unnecessary! I told him he didn't need to yell or throw food because we had already apologized and tried to diffuse the situation. At this time, the female night manager arrived with my husband. She went up to the man but he started telling her I was the one that threw popcorn on him and yelled at him so we were kicked out. We tried explaining that he was getting physically and verbally aggressive and throwing food at me so I felt threatened and that I tried to defend myself and she said that because we "engaged" with him we could not get a refund. I was so upset because this man yelled at us and threw food at me but we had to leave and on top of that we spent money on a movie we didn't get to see. Never going back. Violence against women is never ok. And if a woman defends herself, they should not be punished.
I receintly went and saw thor great movie and the theatre was clean the people were nice and helpful the management seemed to run a tight ship. i went on a tuesday and the popcorn and soda were a dollar each even if they were small it did the job. the ticket was five dollars like the rating says…
can you build one on the westside already??? this is my favorite cinema to go to! its clean, the seats are awesome, and the food choices are the best, cinemark is horrible and tinseltown (also cinemark) is disgusting and old.....i live on the westside and chose to go to priemer rather than cinem…
Love it. And the best part don't have to go that fare from home.
It was awesome but my popcorn was cold
If they put tons of money into the theatre it would cost more money. Duh. I have been going for years. I love it.
nice on the inside and out. well decorated. the concessions stand didn't have chili for the nachos and they only carried carbonated drinks. my daughter doesn't drink soda so this is an issue for me.
This theatre is in horrible condition. It is dirty and worn out. Their service is the worst. The employees are rude and disinterested in the customers. They did not have hot dogs on a Saturday afternoon! The movie we went to see started to get cut off and we had to see this for about 5 minutes before someone noticed and corrected it. Then it started to look blurry and had what seemed like a hair on the lens. People also kept on walking in and out and interrupting. Never coming back... ever!
I heard you can "meet here" If your cute female and know what I mean text me. 2534951979
This place has some theater rooms that need to have it's sound system updated, and all of the rooms need to have the seats redone as the look and feel dirty
