They pay minimum wage to be used, abused, nit-picked to death about your average handle time, expect excellent quality, but in less than a minute per call! You tell me how in the world is that QUALITY, if you are rushing customers off the line?! McDonald's pays better than this place. If you thought High School was terrible with the bullying, try being a rep for their client Verizon. Verizon customers bully reps because they know you have to sit there and take it. All day you are cursed, called names, insulted for working in a call center, yelled at, talked over, just completely disrespected! The customers act like they have better things to do than set up their payment arrangements & try to RUSH YOU off the phone, excuse me, but YOU NEED the payment arrangement, not me. *sigh* Most of the management at GC Services are very nice & helpful, but their client, Verizon wireless, has THE WORST customers ever! I can't take that abuse all day. My nerves are completely frazzled by the end of my shift. What was I thinking to work overtime?? The most stressful job I have ever had. I have worked as customer care & technical support for 2 other wireless providers. Collections is the worst department to work, hands down!
This company is respected and delivers results. Im glad I trusted them to increasr my credit score and get out of debt. They are the best and the only company that was able to help me. I would recommend them to anyone that needs credit help.
