Tacos La Bufadora

I was attracted to this place because of the 99 cents Fish Taco deal on Sunday & Wednesday. I can not resist a deal so decided to try the Fish Taco and also the Crab Tostada. When you are getting a deal, everything seems to taste so much better.



I was enjoying the food and came back again for more deals on Sunday and Wednesday. But then I start to think about how it can be so cheap, as there is no such thing as a free lunch. There usually is a price for something you think is free. As such I start to take a better look at the Fish Taco. And what I notice is that the Fish Taco is not Fresh. The evidence that I see with my eyes is not a lies, unless some how they can make a Fresh piece of Filet Fish look stale.



And it finally make sense to me why they have 99 cents Sunday & Wednesday. They must have taken the Frozen fillet out on Monday and Thursday and put in the Refrigerator. And by Wednesday & Sunday, it has been thaw in the Refrigerator long enough that it is no longer Fresh, since they usually freeze the fresh fish right away to maintain the Freshness. Thus I am getting a deal by eating some old piece of Filet Fish on a piece of tortilla.



And now it make me wonder what other stale stuff I am getting from this place that I did not notice. I am giving place 2 stars only as I do not appreciate stale stuffs.
