        NOT even deserve one star!!!! Get away from this Highway Robbery company, they charged me $1600 for installation fee and the equipment is NOT even yours! 4 years later with paying $36 each month, they charged ridiculously every single time if you need their service...I am just done with them, happy switching to Frontline! Today called them to cancel the service. A cold voice rep. kept on informing their company policy: 90 days advance notice, need to send technician to take out the equipment, and sending a tech will cost you another $150!!!!
        What kind of company this is? I was stupid enough to stick with this company for more than 15 years...I am so glad now I can get them off from my back for ripping me off!!!

        I wish I can give these jerks ...

        I wish I can give these jerks zero stars. Be-careful of their auto contract renew. I sign a contract with them for 2 years. I call about 4 month prior to my contract expire to cancel the auto renew (yes 4 month. This company require you to cancel 90 prior to the contract end). Their rep told me just fax it in and it all done. 5 month later I call to cancel my service. They told me my contract was auto renew because they did not receive my phone call or fax.
