Fashion Cleaners-El Dorado

I took two new linen jackets to this cleaners and both of them were returned ripped over the top pockets. The owner claimed this has never happened before, but I don't understand why I was not told the pockets were ripped. I didn't know until I put them on. To the owner's credit he returned $10 back when I asked for the cleaning fee, although the true fee was $13. He was nice about it but I will never go there again. The same thing could happen. He claimed there was something wrong with the jackets, but I wonder if they left the jackets in the chemicals too long.
