customer since 2005 this place never disappoints, I have gotten different hair styles throughout the years and have gone to get highlights and they also offer waxing services.
Was here for 6 hrs with bleach in my hair they killed my hair and after I talked to the owner she wasnt willing to help until I said i was going to make a fb review I got my money back never do I say I wasnt going to make a post when I did the owner called me threatening to sue me for giving my opinon and saying she knows where I work at
I went there at 10:20 am they were suppose to open at 10:00. They still were not open, people standing outside started calling the number. I went to have breakfast at McDonalds. When I finished I went back and sat in lobby, I was ignored for 15 minutes, then asked "what do you want a hair cut?" I replied "yes please that is why I am waiting", they didn't say anything I was ignored for 10 more minutes. I finally stood up and said excuse me they continue to ignore me. I the repeated myself at least 4 times finally the guy turns and says what? I said do you have my wait time for a haircut? He paused and gave me a nasty look "one hour!" he says... Wow... alright, I walked out what a waste of my time. Basically I wasted about an hour was ignored and treated badly. I was curious about this new business now I know, don't go there its terrible.
The customer service was rude and mean. Who go by martha this place needs better customer service not rube people at kids
Worst pedicure ever. They want to charge extra for everything. If you say you don't want to pay extra for calluses ($5) they do not scrub your feet at all. If you say you don't want to pay extra for longer massage ($5) they do not rub feet/legs at all. If you don't want "special" polish ($5) you get only 1 coat of polish, no base coat no top coat. If they had done all the things properly like at other nail shops, I would have tipped at least $10 so she would have gotten the money for herself instead of the shop, and I would have left happy instead of dissatisfied and leaving bad review. We also had appts which were not honored. Had to wait 30 minutes before they even helped us even though we had appointments. 3 days later, my polish is already coming off.
I have been at the Nailz Place to get my eyebrows done several times and one time a lady who was waxing them gave me very thin, short eyebrows. We complained to the manager and the manager said we did not have to pay so we didn't. I gave them another chance this time with a different woman who did a good job and I came back only to that lady more than three times. Today however, I was very unsatisfied because we waited twenty minutes before getting asked what we wanted and we kept asking at what time the lady would be free. The manager, a very rude man who barely knows how to speak English said he had four ladies who were in charge of doing eyebrows did not want to because I supposedly always complain and never pay them. He did not stop there he said if I wanted to get my eyebrows done I could come back fifteen minutes before 9. Keep in mind I was there around seven. I was frustrated and left after my mom tried to defend me. After being disrespected the way I was I won't ever go back.
At least 3 or 4 staff members asked if they could help and seemed very friendly. The cashier was very nice and professional. My only complaint would be the loud, hair dresser in the back. He didn't have any business and all I could hear throughout the whole store was him singing and shouting out things to customers to get their attention and even insults like "ohhh girl your hair is orange....ohh!" He was a grown man and his behavior was completely unprofessional. No wonder he didn't have anyone in his chair. Other than him, good experience.

Never have I ever encountered rude people. Pedicure was horrible / rude : I had to ask them to give me the 3 min massage I was paying for.. They tried charging me extra! Beyond rude rude rude! I'm only giving them a star because I have to to submit this-
I have mixed feelings for this particular Ulta. If I know om heading to SD or OC I will wait. I have had some good experiences at this one in EC. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff....then other times I can walk in the place is empty & not 1 person will offer any help even though they are not even with a customer. For the most part I've had good customer service
