Overall

I've had many good real estate brokers help me in the past; but you are greater than they on all counts. When it comes to all your abilities as a broker, you were better than great. Erik you will always be our first choice because you don't just hang a for sale sign up, you actually market the property directly beyond just a listing.

Erik was professional and continues to be a great source for potential deals. He is great when it comes to skills in negotiation, real estate knowledge, work ethic, accessibility, attention to detail, punctuality, friendliness, ethics, problem solving, follow through and presentations. I work in an office leased fro...

I work in an office leased from Wiese & Associates. First of all, as a Landlord, they completely fail. They have absolutely no concept of property management. They expect the tenants to take care of common area problems even though this is not stated in the lease. And who has one tenant pay for the sum total of a common area problem anyway?



There was a plumbing problem in our office that was the result of a blockage in the main sewage line. This blockage would have affected all tenants in this building had we not taken care of it. However the owner Erik only had one thing to say to us, "Why should I pay to fix your problem?". Over and over he said this same thing even though the plumber we hired said the blockage was at least 125ft in. Erik tried to accuse our employees of putting things like rags down the toilet. Our company has been leasing here for not even 3 months and we are very conscious about what we put down the toilet. Nothing gets put down our toilet except toilet paper. To even think we could cause a blockage 125 ft down and in less than 3 months is absurd.



Despite all facts and the plumbers report that stated it was a main line problem, Erik could not do anything but accuse us and refuse to pay. We even spoke with his daughter before we called the plumber and she received approval from one of her parents saying that we should call the plumber and we would be reimbursed for the costs. But Erik still did not want to pay. He even went so far as to send a letter saying that we were "Creating a ruckus when [he was] out of the office and haranguing [his] office staff into making an uninformed decision" . When in fact, this was a problem that would have affected him and all the other tenants at this property had we not addressed it. And we very politely asked the daughter how they would like to address the problem. To top it all off Erik said that he would begin itemizing us for his time and "all the pain and suffering that you cause".



Erik does not keep proper maintenance of his properties and is extremely rude to his customers.

Mr. Wiese, if taking care of your customers causes you "pain and suffering" then please, do us all a favor and get out of this line of work.
