Welll, now it is getting worse in here, First if you have allergic reaction to cat Hair, and yu try to keep them away your a bad person. especially if your work for ASap in the county. Why must people with allegy suffer because some people think cats should run wild when they are originally from Africa

As of may 2015 the park is under new ownership and how the park is run is changing . Not sure how the change will change the park but know it will . maybe good or bad only time will tell

55+ Active Adult Community - Best in the County

Of course I'm a bit biased here , as I managed the company's Groundskeeping over two years ago, before moving to Europe. But the staff and the owners are the best all round when it comes to homeowners
& renters customer service. I've never seen or heard of an owner who dumps so much of the company profits back into the property for the benefit of the members. I only know this because I was once behind the scenes and was always aware of the expenses going out. If I was a retiree , then this would be the place I'd reside in southern Cal.

The brand news Homes they bring in have over $10,000 in upgrades and the rent in that part of town is only $795.00 , compared to a far inferior park across the street which rents spaces for $1295.00 with far less services. Anyway it's something for folks to check out themselves and not take my word for it.
