This is the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. We came in to the dealership and ran into Mike West. He listened to what the type of car, the budget and down payment we were looking for and found it for us! It was a Sunday afternoon and the entire transaction took no longer than a few hours. My sister bought a car from El Cajon Ford a year or so ago and referred us. I'm so glad she did! I'll recommend, Mike and El Cajon Ford to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car!

My family purchased a F150 and will contue to buy vehicles at El Cajon Ford because of the great service provided to us. Our sales associate was John Clark (Internet Sales), and was by far the best person I've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle.

I contacted Bobby Morales the internet manager at El Cajon Ford after shopping around. He then e-mailed me with a price quote based on the exact 2011 Ford f-350 super duty that i was looking for. The price was very good, so i proceeded on with getting financing threw them. They not only got me financed, they had to drive a 120 miles to get it from another dealer. I want to thank Bobby Morales and Rob sales manager and Phillis the finance manager for a job well done!

John Clark is a great agent to work with. When we arrived at El Cajon Ford a few months ago John helped us look at Fusions and Taurus'. We told him that we really could not buy for a while. He did not hound us with calls trying to get us back in. He did however send an Email every week or so offering help and seeing if we were ready yet. Yesterday He helped us get our new Fusion. What we wanted was out of our price range but he helped find a great car we could afford.

Even though we did not get what we wanted at first due to ? Our credit or their numbers they have us an excellent service. Bobby is an awsome guy! He made us feel confident to purchase a new truck.

Then Daniel in closing was the most helpful and so professional. He works as a team that all participate to give us that great service. At the end we were leaving a Savannah flu d us a truck that fit our credit. We love it ! Left there happy but still love the first truck we saw. We bought a Fusion in 2010 that was totaled during this past December's storms. That first go around with El Cajon Ford was the best car shopping experience we've ever had, because all three of the above named employees were exceptional in every way. Right from the beginning, Mike, the salesman, made us feel like we were friends, and it was clear that he is the kind of guy who could be everyone's best friend; then, settling on a deal with Rob, the sales manager, was actually fun. The mood was very light and, at times, playful. Finally, Meghan, in finance, was professional and really knew her job. We replaced the 2010. We never gave thought to going to a different dealership. This time, Mike and Rob were very personal in their empathy and couldn't do enough to help us thru the process of our 2010 being totaled and getting us into another car as quickly and affordably as possible. Meghan remembered us from last April, which impressed us, and, again was absolutely great to deal with. We think El Cajon Ford's staff is exceptional, and we plan to return there for any and all of our Ford needs.

We had a great experience with John Clark as our sales rep. He listened to what we wanted and what we could could afford and put us in a vehicle we could be happy with. You are lucky to have him on your staff.

This review is for the service Department. I've been taking my vehicles here for service for years, and have never had any problems. Everyone is courteous and easy to work with. Their prices are fair, and I'm always kept informed of the work being done. Standouts include Fran and Christina in the office for helping me with appointments and relaying messages.

The wife and I were looking to upgrade our Honda civic to a Tahoe. Ford had a used 07 Tahoe, we test drove the Tahoe and really liked it. The purchasing experience was easy and they even paided off our civic lease. If you are considering a used car El Cajon Ford is a far place to purchase one.

I purchased a 2001 ford ranger from salesman Patrick. It had no warranty but was very clean. The truck was very hard to start so I called Patrick to tell him about it. He contacted Howard at service about the problem. Howard in the service Dept. contacted Ron Rattigan. He said to bring it in and the charge would be for the part. I did and the problem turned out to be the fuel pump. It took 5 hours to replace the fuel pump and there was no charge for anything to me. I highly recommend these people for any problem!!!! I certainly will go back to El Cahon Ford for any auto purchases in the future!

I have been to this location several times. The sales people and sales managers are all great to work with. They make things easy and don't have you waiting around endlessly for hours. Daniel Vidaurri is a great sales manager, ask for him! The guy who shows you how to use your car before you drive off "Stevo" knows more about Fords than anyone I've ever talked to.
