Really miss Tipton now that it has become Honda of El Cajon. Honda of El Cajon should bring back Tipton's laid back service friendly model, instead of their fancy waiting rooms and high pressure sales. Trying to pressure a loyal repeat customer into a sale and trade in on their low mileage Honda while they're waiting for said Honda to be serviced? Not cool. Nor is quoting a suspiciously high repair bill and pushing buying a new car once more. Seriously.
0 star customer service. Buyer beware of these shady people: MASSOOD YAGHOOBIMANESH, DANIEL CHANEY, DANIEL COLE, and DONALD HOLCOMB. Sales staff snuck in a $999.00 KARR alarm system with the final paperwork when purchasing my new civic. It's my own fault for not expecting a shady move like that and not noticing it before signing. I learned my lesson, expect these people to try to scam you.

I purchased a used car in February at a walmart tent sale, bad service i will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Rock auto group, we did all paperwork there they even received a draft check from my bank, and for some reasons on the past owner their finance dept gave all my paperwork to Capital one and did defamation on my personal information without my consent.! Really bad experience
I wish I had never gone to WS Auto Sales, Inc.. On the day I bought a car there. William assured me that his mechanic checked it out, and there are "NO ISSUES." But, on our way home to Riverside County a noise started. I later took it to two different mechanics, who showed me a badly leaking transmission; clear signs that the transmission was earlier removed; a repainted crankshaft, and a loose flywheel that is quite possibly broken. Both mechanic shops told me that internal transmission damage is likely, and a rebuilt transmission might well be needed. A 'cheap fix' likely was done prior to selling the car to me. Also, William failed to disclose to me a broken front headlamp that does not shine light in the right direction. Are these not "ISSUES"? I pleaded twice with William and Sam, the Iraqi brothers, to allow me to return the car, but they refused. They only offered to have THEIR mechanic fix it, but AT MY EXPENSE. Now I must take them to Small Claims Court. My additional advice to everyone is to never buy a used car "AS IS," and to also have a mechanic thoroughly check it out before purchasing it.

I was looking for a car that was affordable for me so after doing some research, I came across Star Auto Group website. The website was great and provided a lot of photos of the cars that I was interested in. After looking at their inventory, I decided to call to see when was a good time to stop by. Jesus answered a lot of the questions that I had. I was satisfied enough to schedule a day to go in. I'm only off on weekends so I went in on a Saturday. The customer service was amazing. I know I had talked to Jesus on the phone but when I got there I met with Joe. I asked Joe how long they have been at that location and he said not too long, just a few months, but they could have fooled me because they seemed to have all of their stuff together. I walked out with a car that I absolutely LOVED and I HIGHLY recommend this place for those looking for a car with bad credit or good credit. Thank you Jesus and Joe!!!!!
