Kemp's Septic Tank Service

This company is number one in my book. I was having a problem and thought it was my septic tank backing up in my house, I called Kemp's And they came right out, located my tank, dug up the lids on both ends and showed me my tank was working fine. Kemp then explained how if works and that my problem was a blockage in my plumbing so there was no charge, not even a service call, that's honestly in business you don't see anymore...

This company is unbelievable...I made an appointment with them a week in advance. Called them 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she had just woke up from a nap. She barely remembered speaking with me. Once I jogged her memory she said "we didn't forget on purpose"...? She seemed shocked that I was not willing to reschedule my appointment. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are completely unprofessional!!!

BTW...I was required by this site to give them at least one star.

Kemp's provided me with the best septic service I've experienced in over 20 years of being a homeowner. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and don't take advantage of customer's already in a state of emergency.
