Don't go there and if you already do have your records transferred to another vet. You won't know that you made a mistake in choosing them until your pet really needs something beyond routine treatment and then you will find out what they are really like. In my case, my dog was given very expensive treatment that made his condition worse and in a week he had to be put down. I waited too long to get a second opinion which proved that their diagnosis was incorrect. By then it was too late. They are not willing to admit that they made a mistake and won't even consider returning your money. My dog needed a simple blood test which was never taken even though I requested it and instead I paid $500 for treatment and meds which the vet who made the correct diagnosis told me to throw out. They benefitted financially from their mistake and I wound up losing a beloved member of my family. I regret ever trusting them.

This vet is terrible and so is her staff!! I went here with my kitten and the woman vet was nasty and rude and barely spoke to me! The employees were just as rude. When I called a week later for the results they were very nasty to me on the phone and told me my dog was 11 lbs when I actually went with a kitten who was only 8 weeks old! They were mad that I asked questions about her bloodwork and weight. I would never recommend anyone going here. Save yourself the aggrevation. They don't even tell you what they are doing to your poor animal!
