I saw a car on Chapman site that was at their Horsham location. Price stated $1000 trade assistance, this dealer WOULD NOT HONOR told me it is a different dealer even though same name part of extended inventory online, total BS. Even worse sent TWO emails to the owner never got courtesy of a response. If the owner doesn't car why should his employees. I was ready to buy had someone just shown integrity and some level of customer service. My RECOMMENDATION is BUY IT FROM THEIR HORSHAM LOCATION AND SAVE $1000!!!!! Or BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!! I have owned twelve Fords in my life but no more.

Called to schedule a repair on my 2011 Suburban that I believed was under a recall (broken transmission dipstick tube). Mark took and verified my info, said they could help me and scheduled the appointment. I show up for the repair and now he tells me that the issue has already been fixed under the recall on my vehicle and that I am going to have to pay for it to be done again. This sounded strange to me...the recalled part has already been replaced and somehow managed to break again? Mark didn't think it was strange at all. I pressed him on this, telling him that I never brought it in for this to be repaired. I asked when it was repaired, could it have been done in conjunction with another service? He assures me, "This was fixed years ago" I once again try to find out the exact date of the supposed repair. Mark disappears for a few minutes and then returns with a different story...the repair was never done at all but the opportunity to have it fixed at no charge under the recall has expired so I have to pay for the repair anyway. Dishonest or incompetent, either way, I won't be going to Bennett for my new Suburban next year.
I had an overall great experience buying a car with this dealership. When we arrived on the lot we were not hounded but greeted by our dealer Steve Kearns. We were already interested in a few cars we saw on there website and he immediately showed us these cars and was knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of each. Pleasantly, and unlike other dealerships he didn't spend any time trying to persuade us to get something we didn't want. After a couple test drives my wife and I decided on a car that would suit our family and we got right to business. The process was quick and easy and I appreciate how hard Steve and Cecil worked on getting us the best deal possible on our trade-in and our new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone close to me and I appreciate Bennett for the experience they gave us.

This is the 3rd car that we have purchased from Bennett over the years. We have a special needs child that will not sit still and the sales staff worked with me to get paperwork done quickly. When my husband and I sat to sign the final paperwork, the sales staff kept our son busy so we could get it done.Everyone was very nice, helpful and friendly. It was a great experience! We love our car!
Love them anytime I had an issue they corrected it cuz remember they are used cars nothing is perfect but caesar and esp Lou are fair and will do danm near back flips to make sure the customer is happy and when my car needed a repair they made sure I had a rentle car at no charge they work with u they let u do layaway on cars they are not pushy and if u are not happy they reimburse you with no probs most easiest flexible car place ever I recommend them I got a 1997 ford Taurus in immaculate shape very very nice car I'm very happy I wish I can post a pic it's nice tho thanks caesar.
