We were there last week and I wish I would have gotten the girl's name. She was a young like maybe teenager, and she was fantastic at making our sandwich. I give her 5 stars. We are vegetarian so we always get tons of veggies on our sandwich she made sure all the veggies were on there used a few knives to make sure the sandwiches closed tight and wrapped them perfect. She was great. We were back this week and Nancy (funny how I got the name of a person who makes bad sandwiches) and her co worker were horrible at making sandwiches. Not only did she not put our bread on a plastic wrapper (she put the bread directly on the counter) when she got it out of the oven, but she carelessly tossed veggies on our sandwiches. She did not even know how to close our sandwiches. She also bent forward and her shirt touched our sandwiches. I give her no stars and will not be getting a sandwich if I see her working there. Its interesting how the younger girl was truly a sandwich artist and the older lady didn't care. I hate it when people say younger people are lazy and do a bad job. In this instance it was the other way around. I bet this girl and if there are others like her are one of the reasons this subway is still in business.
