The staff at Edwards AFB Enterprise location could not have been more helpful. A staff of two (2) services this entire geographic area. And they provided the best possible experience for me under these circumstances. My plane trip was already set in stone.I made this arrangement online based upon one big assumption, namely that I would be able to (1) be picked up and be serviced at the Mojave address; and (2) that I might make a closed loop for a round-trip ride from the Mojave service location and home. I was strapped. The staff was patient as I made quick decisions about this tedious, and vital, leg of my complex trip to LAX; not once did they misunderstand my hesitations and impatience as personal affronts; always professional with each encounter. Both were a problem because there was a corporate decision to use Mojave as a pick-up/drop-off location only and not to provide the We'll Pick You Up® service for California City. Doubtless there are reasons for this, but when one is in need, they do not mitigate this inconvenience. May I suggest something for us here? For this reason I give an overall rating of a very cautious 80%. I hope that corporate will rethink these consumer limitations and make service from California City to LAX a certainty via Enterprise. My thanks to the staff at Edwards AFB: they are, in my opinion, at 100% in customer service here!
