I read the other comments posted here and I just do not believe the negative ones. I switched to Sherry's Drug about 7 years ago and I have received nothing but fast service, polite and informed staff, and overall excellence. I have absolutely no problems with my Medicare prescription plan there. If they say they can't fill a script that day it is because it is not due to be filled as per law. They are not a corporate giant, chain pharmacy and it shows in their timeliness, prices and attention they give each and every customer. They are the best and fastest fill anywhere!
Placed a prescription through a local pharmacy for the first time! I was thrilled with the experience. I love small businesses and supporting the people that help make the Edmond community bright. Life Pharmacy offers lots of great knick knacks, vitamins, and all assortment of things in a fabulous up and coming location near my home. I look forward to returning and continuing to build a relationship with the friendly staff and owners.
Cheap, fast, and has a drive through.
I have been using Sherrys drug for over a year. Today I went in to fill my monthly prescriptions and was told that Medicare wasn't paying them enough money for them to fill my prescriptions, that I need to find a New pharmacy. I thought if they have a contract with Medicare that the pharmacy already agree'd to these prices. I think Sherrys should take it up with Medicare about the prices they agreed upon instead of making it my problem.
Independently owned pharmacy that strives to go out of there way to take care of the patient and make sure to know you are important. Very friendly staff. I will make sure this is always my dedicated pharmacy. Thanks for caring.
I pass by 10 pharmacies to get to Sherry's and for good reason. The personalized care I receive there, cannot be found at those other 10. I've had diagnosis researched, prescriptions special ordered, custom compounds and hard to find supplements, all found through Sherry's. The care I expect is commonplace to an independently owned pharmacist of 33 years. Her prices are great and service is exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've had rx filed here before. CVS Caremark is my insurance. I spoke with a pharmacist early today that was pleasant enough but when I called back about a pre-auth i spoke to a tech. I was told I called the wrong CVS, there was no rx there for me and then was hung up on! I called back, naturally, and talked to an pharmacist who also said there was no rx for me then left me on hold for 7 minutes! UNBELIEVABLE
The staff here is just incredibly rude. They are so busy trying to push their saliva tests that they forget they are there to be a pharmacy. They took took my prescription and came back after about 20 minutes to inform me they couldn't fill it that day. The next day they "forgot" to call me to come get it. The next time I went in I still had to wait about 20 minutes for them to find it. I asked to speak to someone about some questions I had concerning my medication and Shelly was less than helpful. I will not be using them again. Walgreens compounds medications and I will take my business there from now on. After looking up past news articles on Sherry's Drugs I am concerned that they are even still in business.
FIRST DAY: I take two Rx’s to be filled. They can only fill one and say they will call me next day when other is ready. SECOND DAY: I receive no call from them. Husband goes to pharmacy late in the afternoon to pick-up Rx and they CAN’T FIND IT!!! Husband calls me, I tell him that they took the Rx from me, wrote my name and number on it and said they would call me when ready. Tech gets on the phone and says since they can’t find the Rx, obviously I must not have left it. Basically, she INSULTS ME and calls me a liar. I reiterated the chain of events that took place and FINALLY, they found the Rx. Said they would not be able to fill Rx that day and they would call me when it was ready. (Not feeling too confident at this point). So this means, I will have had to make THREE trips to the pharmacy. THIRD DAY: Once again, I do not receive a call from the pharmacy. I call – it’s STILL NOT READY!!! I tell them that I will be there at 12:30 to pick it up and that it had better be ready. When I get there – they CAN’T FIND IT! Finally, after asking everyone and searching, they find it. I receive NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience. Sherry’s Pharmacy (and I’m reluctant to even call it a PHARMACY) is totally INCOMPETENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. It feels like it’s run by a group of AMATEURS. I have NO CONFIDENCE in this ‘establishment’ or the folks who work there and will NEVER EVER use or recommend that poor excuse for a pharmacy again. EVER!!!
I'm sorry to say that my family and friends will no longer be shopping at Homeland. I had an experience today with one of the management staff at the N. Bryant store in Edmond that has left me with very ill feelings towards your stores. On two separate occasions while using the self checkout registers my debit card was declined, on both occasions I proceeded to complete my transaction in cash, to later see on my bank statement that my card had also been charged. The amounts were minimal ($8 & $12), so I saw no need in making an issue of it. Today my debit card was once again declined, so I called over a member of the management to point out the issue, she remarked that she had the same issue with her card and then showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. I explained to her the problem I had on the previous occasions, and she told me that it wasn't possible for that to happen. I again told her it had happened to me on two different occasions. I explained to her that I wasn't seeking a refund, I was merely pointing out a possible flaw in the system, and instead of just acknowledging my concern and taking any interest in resolving the situation, she thought it was best to publicly debate me on the matter. As if I was too ignorant to remember the factual experiences of my life, or was Lying for no reason. It goes without saying that this no way to treat a customer. A sentence as simple as "That shouldn't happen, and please bring it to my attention if it does again" would have quickly settled the matter, but I got a 10 minute debate on how the systems work and what can and cannot happen, and my intelligence belittled in front of the BANK OF OKLAHOMA staff, where I bank. My day was ruined by your employee's lack of tact, you have lost the regular business that my family has made to your stores, and I will also be sharing my experience via every media and social networking outlet possible and recommending that my others take their business elsewhere.
