Samsung sent their "certified technician" to fix my washing machine. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks from when the part broke so I was eager to get the washer fixed. The guy showed up with no tools and didn't bring the part to fix it when we had already explained what was needed. He came in, lectured my husband on being careful about what goes in the washing machine and said he would be back sometime after the first of the year. I called Samsung to let them know this was unacceptable and the technician had cancelled the service order and never ordered the part. Apparently he had no intention of coming back to fix it. Now I'm dealing with Samsung and trying to get my washing machine fixed or get a refund. Don't ever deal with Newport or with Samsung!
I was referred to this company by Whirlpool for a warranty repair on my oven. Worst experience with any type of repair EVER! Unreliable, unresponsive, unprofessional and that's the best I can say for them. Avoid this company at all costs. I finally had to have Whirlpool refer me to someone else after not showing up for 2 appointments and then booking me out farther still. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
Our TV went out and I called Edmond TV on Monday and he said he would be out to our house between 5 and 6 on Tuesday so I wouldn't have to bring the TV in (it's a large HD projection TV). He was here at 5:00 sharp. Had the parts it needed (a couple of Convergence ICs) and soldered them in right in the living room. Had the job finished and the TV working great by 6:00. He was pretty pleasant to visit with to while he did the work, too. This is the 3rd time we've used Edmond TV, and have been more than pleased every time.
