My husband and I just went here and loved it so much that I'm posting reviews everywhere! Haha! Best service I've ever had
The owner was so kind and knew exactly how to sell a smoothie. I would suggest this smoothie spot over any. You can tell they are passionate about their work. They have gained a new regular.
Owners are hospitable externally but judgmental and homophobic. The entirety of the store is clean and detailed however the business is run extremely unprofessionally and i would recommend peach wave for the same quality yogurt for a lower price since they run a diplomatic and respectfully professional operation.
The yogurt tasted...off and the fruit looked like it had been out for to long.
The ice cream is delicious and the variety is fun for kids. The pricing is a little confusing but I'm sure after visiting a couple of times it makes sense. Jake did an awesome job of taking care of us. We really appreciate it!
I took my son here after school thinking it would be fun but I was terribly wrong. The girl behind the counter had no control. We learned her name very quickly because the kids congregated at the counter to talk to her. Rachel should definitely consider a career as a babysitter. We had to brave a mob of children to enter the store and they were banging on the windows to get one another's attention. The fruit was clearly bad and when I pointed it out to the employee she rolled her eyes and picked a few of them out and said the rest were fine. I will definitely not return.
Firstly, this place is extremely over-priced, case in point, $8 for a 20 OUNCE smoothie. No that is not a typo. Nonetheless, we had a coupon, so we decided to try it out. When we got there, they wouldn't let me use the coupon and the excuse was that that deal doesn't start till the next day. The owner was called and she was in the next store, Cafe Veranda, which is owned by the same people. She walked in and said she couldn't do it, provided really bad customer service, and then walked away saying thank you for understanding, but I was like, that's the whole point, I don't understand. She seemed very patronizing and rude.My advice:Both of their places, Berrilicious and Cafe Veranda, are EXTREMELY over-priced for at the best MEDIOCARE food, so if you are crazy enough to spend $8 on a 20 ounce drink, then you deserve to be taken advantage of. No offense.Thank you for reading this.
