John P. told me to buy a battery at Batteries Plus w/o looking to see if my "warranty" would replace the battery. My iPhone's power was draining fast, & to get me out of the store so he could make a sale instead of helping a customer, he sent me to an unauthorized battery replacement business. I charged the iPhone all night in the off position, drove to the Official Apple Store at Penn Mall. Brodie at the Apple store was a huge help. He said Apple couldn't work on a non-authorized repair, that John at AT&T said for me to make. If one is expecting real knowledge, don't ask Kaitlyn, Asst. Store Mgr., because she could not resolve their mistake either, plus she didn't offer to call AT&T. She was curt, rude, & had no patience w/ a customer of thirty years. She did say, "...we're human, & we do make mistakes" which was energizing to know. What this alleged asst. manager should have done was to own up to the verified error of one of her associates, call AT&T right then, & resolved their mistake. No such luck; bless her heart.
Sprint apparently doesn't disclose every thing up front concerning phones or policies. Ended up leaving in 2 days of being with them. But this store claimed their system was off and refused to refund the phone. The salesman told me to go to another store. I ended up going to another store in Wichita, KS that helped and refunded my money. Avoid this store in Edmond, because Sprint in KS tried to do clean up but by then I didn't want anything to do with Sprint.

I wish I would have never switched to US cellular. I was in contract with Verizon and went in to get added to my husband's plan. The guy who helped us said that they would pay off my verizon contract up to $350. He also told me he took care of contacting them and I didn't have to worry about it. Well the next month I got a $300 bill from Verizon so I called and asked why because I was told it was taken care of and they explained I would have to send the bill to US cellular. So after speaking with someone from US cellular they told me to send them the bill and they would reimburse me with a gift card after I paid it myself. I was never told it was going to be a gift card and I just had a baby 2 weeks before so that was an extra expense I wasn't expecting but I accepted it. Well after that I submitted all the info for my rebate and I just got a lovely email from US cellular saying I was denied the rebate because I didn't finance my phone through the retail installment contract. So now I won't even get reimbursed. Thank you US Cellular for being a bunch of liars and cheaters. I will be done with them as soon as my contract is up! Should have stuck with Verizon, they are much better.
The employee I spoke with was not at all helpful. When I told what I wanted and asked for a printout of the plans and costs, she told me, "Our plans are online." When I asked about a phone, she suggested I come back later and talk to "someone who knows more".
AT&T online help said to go to a AT&T store for an iPhone issue rather than Apple since the phone was only 3 days old. AT&T store employee said the online employee was lying and said we had to go to Apple. We now have a two hour wait at Apple since we had canceled the original appointment. Will not go back there. Employee attitude was unhelpful and there was no attempt to help.
THE BEST place to go and buy a cell phone, internet service, tablet and even home phone service!! I was paying over $60 for ATT home phone internet and Verizon has the same thing for only $20 and it includes unl longdistance!! AMAZING!!!! 4g internet is SUPER FAST my intenet never buffers anymore! Very Friendly and knowlegable staff!!!The Manager Joyce she was very helpful and had such a pleasant attitude! Do yourself a favor and switch to Verizon and go to this store!!!!
