Do NOT spend your hard earned money here!!I was given a gift certificate that was only good for 3 months. The guy did not realize this when he gave them his credit card. I had two major surgeries so I wasn't allowed to utilize this within 90 days and they were horribly rude on the phone, I called two other times and no one would call me back. The random girls answering the phones didn't care and were even ruder. They ripped this poor sweetheart of a guy off by not telling him it would have to be used within 90 days but were super when they had their hand out. Guys DO NOT buy here just give the gal the money to go where she wants. A business that will argue with a client is not a well run business. Hope there are no health violations but it makes me want to investigate.
The owner of this salon is the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person. I scheduled a massage, and specifically told the personnel that I was on my lunch hour, they had me undress and wait for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I asked someone to check on my massage therapist precisely 15 minutes into waiting. No response. I finally got dressed, and as I'm leaving, a woman, who claimed to be the owner, says "Oh I hear you are upset about your massage, well our therapist just learned about a death, so sorry." I told her I didn't believe her, and that if that were truly the case, I should have been told when I checked in, or someone should have come and told me. I should not have been left to sit there waiting in a robe for 25 minutes. The owner replied, "We're human." and as I walked off upset, she says unprovoked, "Karma's a bitch." Yes folks the owner of the business spoke to me like this because I was upset about being left to wait. My time is just as important as yours. In the event of an emergency, you should go TELL your clients there is a need to reschedule, not leave them sitting there, waiting.... waiting....waiting....and waiting.... to only offer an explanation when they are fully dressed and headed out the door. Of course when you offer it at the last second it appears as an excuse. Furthermore, what kind of professional uses PROFANITY AGAINST THEIR CUSTOMERS?Not the first time it has happened either. usually they hand you a card offering 20% off a gel peel for making you wait. Not this time, she was RUDE and wholly unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO COTTONWOOD unless you have at least a half hour to an hour more than the time you allotted to sit there and wait on them to provide a service, and condone this lady's unprofessional attitude. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
They are never opened even when you call to make the appointment or make one online. They are never there during their "hours of operation". Makes me wonder what business is really taking place since there are no haircuts happening. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.
I like this hair-styling place. My hairdresser, Mary Lou, has moved there after her old hair-styling place, Austin Taylor Salon, was infested with black mold.
They have no idea what they're doing and then blame you for not liking the nails and then they charge you to fix it. Next, they tell you not to come back if you don't like it. Terrible job and even more TERRIBLE people. In case you are wondering how I approached the issue, I spoke calmly and honestly, no profanity or raised tones. They chose to be rude.
Maggie does my hair and it always looks amazing! The staff is kind and courteous and they have a great selection of products!!
Do great with my grandson/haircuts, fading, braiding into man bun. They have always all be great to our family.
