I used to go to Dr. Hann and he was wonderful. He was the best veterinarian I have ever entrusted my pets with. A very caring, sincere doctor who bonded with the clients as well as the animals.
Now that he has handed over the practice, it has gone downhill. I have been there a few times and found the new doctor to be very cold, rude and seems to dislike his job. The prices are too high and if you don't comply with his suggestions he treats you like you are unimportant. If you don't spend money in his clinic, he will look down on you and become very rude and harsh. I have dealt with the manager a few times and she was very rude and disrespectful also. She acts the same way as the doctor. It seems to me this vet clinic is only in it for the money and not to help my animals.
I hope no one goes here and gets cheated and treated the way I did.
If this website didn't require me to give at least 1 star, I would give 0.

Dr. Hann saved my cat's life over 10 years ago when he was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his stomach... and Dr. Hann has kept my bayb Ginger alive ever since. And not just alive, but really LIVING.
My family immigrated from South Africa when I was 7 and to help me cope with the loneliness, I got Ginger. He is the best friend i've ever had. He was the first friend I ever had. It was so reassuring to know that Dr. Hann and ""Ma Terry""(his assistant) truly understood our deep bond and respected it. So when my family just recently moved to Birmingham what really tore us up the most was that Dr. Hann and ""Ma Terry"" would not be there to take care of Ginger with us. They loved and cared for our kitty as if it was their own... and after 15 years of being with them, Ginger really is a part of their family as well. I cannot imagine a more gentle, sympathetic and loving Doctor than Dr. Hann. He is truly an angel. Rest assured, if GInger ever started having a relapse or even (God forbid) had to be put to sleep, I would drive the 13 hours to make sure Dr. Hann was there with us...
